Really great staff and location. It is away from the center of town so it is nice and quiet. The rooms facing the mountains have some incredible views. The room that I had was 5th floor. Large, clean and comfortable. The hotel lost 1 star for the chef. The menus sound amazing but the chef falls short. Food is mediocre to done right bland.

Great place, we got a room on the top floor with a view of the valley. Truly spectacular place. Felt that the price was cheaper comparable to Swiss prices overall. Free breakfast included in our rate and nice service from all the folks in the hotel. Call ahead for a free ride from the train station to the hotel so you don't have to walk your bags.

This is not a modern hotel, but its style blends in nicely with the environment. We stayed here for our anniversary and they upgraded our room to one with a view of the Jungfrau! Also, on our anniversary night, they surprised us with a bottle of sparking wine. The attentive staff made our stay really memorable. I personally wouldn't opt for their dinner offer (buffet) anymore, although it wasn't bad. In my opinion, buffet works well for their breakfast offer but is less ideal for dinner.

This is a nice 60 room hotel in the small town of Wengen, Switzerland. The rooms are clean and the evening dinner buffet has something for everyone. The hotel rooms have a nice view of the surrounding mountains. A short walk from the hotel you will find truly amazing views.

The Hotel Belvedere is a beautiful hotel in a great, small village. It's staff were beyond professional and really outdid themselves. It was quite literally something out of a movie. Other hotels I visited in a similar area were nice but Belvedere is serious perfect. Not one complaint. I'm looking forward to going again sometime.

The hotel itself was a really nice place to stay. The rooms were clean and the view was amazing. Unfortunately, the hotel manger was not very helpful and even pretty rude in a situation where a problem occurred. The very well educated staff rescued our stay though but the unprofessional and lousy behaviour of the hotel manager prevails.

This is a truly a magical hotel, especially in the winter months with the snow all around covering it, we spent 10 days winter skiing and found the Hotel fantastic the staff where just brilliant do check it out, we hope to return in the summer months to see the change.

First of all, I will start with the pros; pretty good location, descent breakfast, clean rooms, amazing shower, accommodating staffs, great views from the lobby lounge.
Cons: no microwave - neither in the room, or in the cafeteria. Entry road (about 200m) was not paved. So you may have to pick it up and walk for a little bit. If you have a heavy lugguage, you may experience a great deal of difficulties.response / report this review -

Its a lovely old fashioned hotel in the best way. The meals are very good and very friendly staff. Beautiful vieuws from our room at the 4 th floor. Hope to come again
