The worst night sleep I have ever had. The bed some how is more solid than concrete. No aircon. Which when I was booking was a must. But the room gets like a ferness. Would have checked out last night but there are no staff on site after 10pm.
I can barely walk due to the bed ruining my back. Only reason I gave it one star. Nice deep bath and staff where friendly( the two I saw.)response / report this review -

Very bad service, urine mark on toilet paper when first arrive, rude reception that won't even greet you in the morning, breakfast is branded as buffet but will not refill once gone, if arrive late, nothing is left.

Excellent hotel with attentive staff who go above and beyond. We were initially off to a rocky start with our stay here with a handful of communication issues. Once resolved we had an amazing experience. Breakfast was excellent - we ate on the patio and the staff was very helpful with our 2 young kids. The rooms are nice with comfortable bedding. Staff was overall very helpful. We went in to Zurich and it wad just over 30 minutes with public transit which we found to be easier vs driving in. Also right next to a grocery store which is always a bonus for us.
