Comfortable hotel with clean rooms and good service. The views from the terrace are stunning. It is a bit expensive, like everything else in Switzerland. The breakfast is delicious with a very complete variety. The WiFi can be improved and there is no fitting room, but a very nice forest nearby to explore or jog. I recommend this hotel for a professional event.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best prices around

Wonderful location with amazing view over Zurich lake and the Alps - spacious room (new building) with balcony - great to run in the forrest behind the hotel - 5 minute walk to team that goes downtown in only 20+ minutes

No nos hospedamos allí. Tan solo fuimos a tomar café y contemplar unas vistas espectaculares de Zurich. Todo correctísimo. Vale la pena.

To be fair, this is a review about Bar 21 (balcony cafe) and not the hotel. The staff here is simply unfit to work in any service industry. Despite calling them to get attention THRICE, they simply ignored us even when it was clear that they have heard. It's like, they will serve you when they seem fit. When he finally arrived, he just shamelessly asks what we'd like to order - as if we should have looked up the menu on Google beforehand. After another longish delay, he brings us the menu card. Without giving us any time to look at the menu, he insists that we order quickly. Sensing that it's pointless to order any food here, we stick with safe choice of tea/coffee, etc. Getting the bill was also another ordeal. LONG wait.. Finally, we go up to the cashier so that we can quickly pay and leave.. but the lady makes some nasty comment in German about how bills are settled at the table "in this country". I simply ignore her, wishing her all the best, letting her serve the 10-12 tables with her team of 4 colleagues on her obviously very "busy" day. Come on.. even the interns at McDonald's know how to serve better and more efficiently.
