  Nice hotel, comfortable beds, good breakfast buffet for 4 star hotel. Near by ost train station which is good station for all excursions. Big supermarket just 3 min walk. Lot of Asian and Arabic restaurants. 5 min walk to city centre.

  As a 3 stars hotel. It should provide the basic amendities like toothbrush. Its not given. The room is very noisy if you have other guest staying above you.
  
  I applaud the energy conserving effort but if your room is right at the corner and the light suddenly light up,you might get a scare.
  
  The bed is not comfy and maybe they should do something about it. The metal bed frame is very noisy too.
  
  The breakfast is ok but not fantastic.

  Great service, clean and spacious room with decent breakfast. 5 mins walk from Interlaken Ost station to the hotel.

  We are always having lunch and dinner at this hotel with a group of people while visiting Interlaken for business. Food is always tasty and fresh. People working there are friendly and welcoming. Surely, a recommended place.
