Very nice place with beautiful view. Quite friendly staff. However, sleeping was disrupted by constant noises upstairs.

We couldn't find our room and the receptionist had to show us where our room was. When we entered our room, it stank of dust and we had to open the small window to be able to breathe. We didn't have any view what so ever. You had to book food (for example dinner) in advance to be able to eat at the restaurant. And there were no restaurants near the hotel. We didn't have a bathroom or shower in the room and had to share it with the other guests. They only positive thing about this hotel is, you can park right infront of it.

Simply wow experience! This was one of the best places we stayed in the jungfrau region for the buget hotel. The reception is very warm and welcoming. They gave us all the info that we needed right at the time of checkin. The rooms were small but views were spectacular from the balcony. Just heavenly. Everything else was standard stuff. Just about 5 min walk from the train station.

The worst night i ever had in my entire life i can tell you that. The room is not sound proof and the sound are coming from every where. I can hear the room above me kept moving furniture around the whole evening when we needed some rest. Pillow is not even a pillow, it doesn't even support anything. I will never ever come back to this hotel. Even though i am planning to come back to Grindelwald.

We lived on the uppest floor. The room is big and clean but the view is bad. The pillow is too soft I had to put my clothes underneath to make it higher. Suggest hotel provide another set of pillows for people to choose from.

Good price and location is a 20 minute walk from the gondola to first. Toilet door needs oiling on the third floor !

Jungfrau lodge is a decent hotel with free breakfast. The rooms in Crystal annex are much better than the lodge. The breakfast is quite good and is served from 7-10 am. The walk to train station is about 5-7 mins.

Stayed in the eiger view room with balcony. The view more than made up for the tiny shower. Breakfast was excellent and views were some of the best in area. Conveniently located with covered parking available.
