It's offered all we could ask for with good accommodation, games room and facilities for families and friends to enjoy. We enjoyed a good, generous family-style breakfast with very helpful staff.

2nd visit and more improvements since may. Rooms basic but clean. Fruit on arrival in room, free local shot of liquor, new seating outside in the sun. Very well organised and run. A truely Swiss experience. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful

A very nice , family friendly hotel in Interlaken.

Firstly, full points to the wonderful staff. They go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. They become your local tourist guide, help you book ti tickets cheaply etc..
Good breakfast.
Access to Laundry Room.
Great location close to Interlaken West train station (5 minute walk)
24 hour free coffee / library / movie room.

Such a great hotel. Can't beat it for the price. The staff (Christopher) was incredibly helpful and spent lots of time giving recommendations on what to do, as well as helping to specify directions and details for one of the hikes we did (Hardergrat trail). Great location with several great restaurants within 1-2 blocks, and a short walk to the train station.

Terrible experience with this business.

I accidentally booked a single room for me and my friend through hostelworld. When I showed up to the hostel I told them about my friend staying. Immediately, they became very rude and said she wasn't allowed in a single room, which I actually understood. I tried to work something out with them, however, they offered no additional accommodations like finding another room, or making me pay for my friend, instead, three of the employees cornered me, blocked me from the exits, and yelled at me in front of other customers. I was literally held hostage as they demanded me to pay them the first night stay (which they then ended up charging me for two nights.) They had already received a 10% down payment from me. It was like a scene from a horror movie as I feared bodily harm from the owners and employees. I actually could not believe they were acting so unprofessional, I even debated calling the police to help handle the situation. They finally let me go when one of the workers stated "we have his money". These guys definitely struggle to compete with the much better options in town. Thankfully, we were able to find accommodations elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and avoid this business at all costs. There are so many better options that do not treat their guest so unprofessionally.

Spent two nights in this very clean and welcoming hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Used the small washer and dryer in the public area. Hotel is located close to dining and activities. We were out doing activities during the day so sleeping and resting up were mainly what we did at the hotel and it was perfect.

Good place to stay in Interlaken. Nice and clean rooms. Friendly staff. Lots of facilities needed are available. Walking distance from the station. Can keep the bags before and after check-in in the baggage room. Can prepare tea, coffee. Also hotel did provide us a pass to Interlaken and it gives free for public transports and discounts for some places.

It's a cozy little family run boutique hotel..Wonderful, courteous and very helpful host..They have a very rustic cafe sorts where you can enjoy your coffee while reading some books.. but somehow very noisy due to their wooden flooring

We had a wonderful stay here in August of 2015. Very welcoming and knowledgeable front desk staff: you can tell the hotel is family owned. They go the extra mile every time to answer all questions and see to your comfort. Great location: 5 minutes from the train station on foot, but in a quiet, historic part of Interlaken. We had two rooms: one large one with bunkbeds for our three teens; and a separate room for us. Bathrooms inside rooms. We loved it!
