Staff service and breakfast was great. Complementary coffee drinks were available 24/7. Room and bathroom was very small. Bed wasn't very comfortable. Good for one night stay.

The hotel was quite good power shower and an espresso machine in the room, its a small town so the location being on the edge is no problem.

Great central location, 4 minutes walking from main train station, and nearby the Old Town. Excellent customer service, clean and good breakfast (great coffee). Room was good, single bed and all the amenities. Suitable to stay at during your Bern visit.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were good and the location couldn't be better. It's definitely nice to have breakfast included, but I expected more. The coffee was excellent though. The hotel doesn't have bikes, but thel will refer you to a company that rents them or will let you use them free of charge for up to 4 hours. There's no parking at the hotel, but parking at the nearby casino is about $25/day.

Nice small hotel. Breakfast standard and nothing special. Room standard and nothing special. Hotel still has single beds!
