  We were not happy with our stay in Hotel Cabana. Whereas the hotel is in a beautiful location, the service staff was unpleasant and unprofessional. The check out was 11am - they knocked our door at 11:02 asking us in a very rude way to leave, otherwise we would be charged more. Of course we were well aware of the check out policy and we were actually leaving the room - all nice memories I have from Grindelwald have been spoiled by this behavior and we don’t want to go back.
