Good hotel in Beatenberg Good clean rooms. The view from all the rooms is fantastic However I strongly recommend taking rooms on the higher floor for better views. The receptionist and staff in general are very helpful. They even gave us a free travel card for travel by bus. The Breakfast however is good but quite repetitive. I would have liked more variety in the menu.

Very spacious room, has 2 levels. Has no AC which was big problem for me because we had to open the doors and windows. FYI I hate bugs, got bitten twice by some bug I have never seen before in my life Breakfast was absolutely amazing. Swimming pool was huge too. Overall had a great time.

Nice and cheerful staffspacious rooms, and excellent breakfast buffet, the only downside is that despite the room being big , they limit the number of residents to 4 even if u had babies..like most europian hotels

The apartment is very beautiful and clean. The view of the alps from the apartment is amazing! The staff is very helpful and friendly. The only negative is that you have to pay CHF 40 to use the kitchen in the apartment. You may use the refrigerator and microwave oven but your cutlery and crockery are locked.

Long walk to the room, but very friendly staff, great view, delicious breakfast, very clean room, comfy beds. If you drive here from the West, road is a bit treacherous at night! Can't beat the view.

Great hotel. Amazing facilities at a reasonable price. My only complaint is that they couldn't locate my lost Galaxy tablet - my only conclusion is that the housekeeping staff took it. Nevertheless, I would say a great hotel.

Service was so-so. Breakfast was great! The pool is adequate. Love the sauna. Our bathroom faucet needed repair, but it was useable. Overall, I'd go back if prices come down.
