We took family room for 3 people ,room is very good and bed also very big quite comfort .it's very near to Interlaken west railway station and all the shopping areas are near by.breakfast in hotel is ok not that much tasty and very less options to eat.there is 3 Indian restaurants near to hotel Taj palace,spice India,and taste India all the hotels give take away,right infront of hotel there is a subway and some pizza centres.staff also very good .only thing is they will take deposit of 100 Swiss francs for security purpose and universal charger 10 francs and umbrella 20 francs .they have locker room also if you reach early .they provide bus pass free around Interlaken city you can take any bus with that bus for free.casino palace and paragliding activities are all near to hotel around 0.5 km from the hotel.

Nice and clean hotel.Walkable distance from Interlaken west railway station.Breakfast is good.Have good choice of restaurants around this hotel.Staff are friendly.

Good place if rent less than 7000 rs per day. Always ask for balcony room while booking or dont book. Staff is very nice. WiFi is good. Breakfast ok. Very near to interlaken west railway station. No english channel other than cnn and bbc.

The room was amazing and was equipped will all necessities such as Wi-Fi and Television services. I was glad that the room was divided, so, my family had separate space than me. It was spacious. The breakfast that we were provided was delicious and the fresh baked croissants will be missed. The view from our room was breathtaking and would surely miss that! Other than that, the staff there was helpful and provided us with transportation and sightseeing details.

Staff was rude Although the mistake was from the booking agency, but they should have corporated with their guests. But everyone in interlaken is rude, from hotel staff to sales person in nearby stores. They are blessed with so many tourists that currently they don't care about their behavior. I would definitely go to interlaken but will use airbnb to stay in my own space.

The female staff is really unfriendly and uncomfortable, not worth the money, the facilities are too bad, there is no refrigerator, the shower water is blocked and never go. I am upset about running this as a hotel.

Loved the swiss service.

Beautiful hotel, supporting and friendly staff. The hotel is at 5 minute walk from Intwrlaken oust station, cruize station and amid local market. Breakfast is full of dishes specially for non-vegetarians. There is an Indian restaurant adjucent to the hotel. The location and the hotel is just a "wow!"

It is located at the city, with subway, MacDonald and some local fast food restaurant around. Cost for a meal is around chf10. This hotel, the room is slightly small but comfortable. Hotel lobby provides us with hot and cold water with no extra cost.
