Absolutely amazing experience. Situated right on the bank of the Canal and offers mesmerising views right from the balcony. Ideal location (read right in the centre of the city).Clean rooms and washrooms.Kettle, safe and a fan were there in the cupboard along with basic amenities.

They also offer bicycle for ease of travel (but it's subject to availability).

Its a 5 mins walk from the Railway Station (Just keep walking along platform 1 and you'll be there). No need for cab unless excess luggage.

It is a neat hotel with pleasant receptionists at daytime. The river and mountain views from the small balcony is nice. However, it was compensated by the noise from the trains to the nearby Interlaken West train station and the noise (footstep and voice from other guests) from the walkway outside the room door. As such
, we had to lock the door to the balcony during bedtime as the trains run frequently everyday to reduce the noise pollution. We ended up sleeping in a stuffy room. Perhaps the hotel could consider to improve on the soundproof of the building. Lastly, from my experience with different 4-star non air-conditioned hotel in Switzerland, this is an overrated and overpriced 4-star hotel. It is kinda disappointing.

Great location, Staff was very helpful at all times and the rooms were clean. Elevator could use some updating but really a nice place to stay and get around Interlaken area.

They did not give me back my 5 euro card deposit nor responded to my email. Good location but there is another hostel also close to the train station. Try Somewhere else. The hostel is in the same building as the Hotel Bellevue which has a bar in the first floor, it was empty all night though (Food in Switzerland is priced like gold). There was two rest rooms share for two floors, the bathrooms were always clean.There is a kitchen shared for the two floors, were we baked pizza to save CHD.
