Good room, about what you'd expect from a 2/3 star hotel but they give you ammentities like lotion and robes that make it a 4 star. Decent English, good for US travelers. Amazing free breakfast, very English. Discount on the thermal bath, free indoor pool and hot tub and sauna, as well as access to their spa service made this hotel an amazing decision. Don't miss!

Bad experience, Staff not friendly at all, after 25 Min of waiting in the bar for our drinks , i went to check with the bar man, he gave me my drinks to me by hand, I had to carry it back to my table. the Spa Staff didn't speak any language a part of German, and they communicate between them in east european language in front of us. The restaurant's guys were amazing, professional and very very polite. The value of the money we paid not related at all to 4 stars hotel.

got to write fast cause you only get so much free Internet and the cost after that is scary exspensive. there is no parking at the hotel which qas not advertised. but relax when you arrive you get a map to a far away car park where you can safely leave your car for a low 14 chf a day! awesome oh and i forgot the nightly tax which was not mentioned on the ad. another 15 chf a night.. but it's all right because sleeping in your shitly old room which even after 1 night my hand sweld up to the size of a ballon from what must be a bed bug or flea judging by the many bites on my wife i still cannot be that bad between the dpg piss stains on the carpet cause quess what!!! dogs in the hotel! only thing as awesome is all the rasist angry swiss in the village is the breakfastgo somewhere else not here..

Nice apartment location, nice facilities. Very good breakfast. However, Small room not designed to welcome 2 persons in a big bed.

We visited as spa guests. The sauna​ area was great, the thermal baths were not that impressive. I would still recommend it, if you like saunas.
