Wonderful hotel, first class service, very beautiful fully renovated spacious rooms, and fantastic staff. I stayed in Vanessa several times, and it always felt like home to me. I will certainly come back next year, and will always recommend it to my friends.

We were delighted with our stay at the Vanessa, and have already booked for next year. The rooms were lovely, the staff charming and helpful, and the catering almost too generous .We look forward to our next visit.

Great value for money. So many add ons included in the price. Free parking, dropoff and collection from the main ski station, a ski room for boots etc, jaccuzi & sauna (open after 3pm) and ofcourse breakfast buffet included. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We will surely return

I think the hotel was absolutely superb. Very comfortable and relaxing place to stay. The staff were unbelievably helpful and very friendly. The drivers, the restaurant staff, reception and the night manager, wonderful customer service!

My friend got injured on day one and they couldn't do enough for her! I also forgot to take my skis back at the end of my stay, the staff did this for me! I wouldn't stay anywhere else if I were to ski in Verbier again (I hope so).

Great location as well.

All of the hotel staff, from front desk, to dining room, to drivers, were all truly awesome. They were very friendly, attentive to our needs and very eager to please. Our room was very clean, comfortable and well made everyday. The scrambled eggs for breakfast were incredibly deliciousalthough we were wondering why they were not served everyday. The breakfast was an excellent spread with very nice, fresh choices. The dining room food was excellent. The minivan shuttle was very convenient and we never had to wait long to get to concerts or wherever we needed to go. The staff spoke English well, but also indulged us in letting us practice French with them. This is truly a fine hotel, and the people who work there are what make it great. Hotel Vanessa is a truly special place. I eagerly recommend this hotel.
