The facilities are a bit old but it is still a very nice place with beautiful views

We went here to visit the spa on what was originally a rainy overcast day. The facilities are excellent, the staff were lovely and generous and it was very reasonably priced. Even with an overcast rainy day the views from the panoramic indoor pool and the outdoor pools are spectacular. wedged in between the surrounding mountains and a view of the village below was something really special. As the day went on the clouds started to disappear slowly revealing the peaks of the mountains and the bright blue sky. It was an experience like none other, would spa again.

Wonderful place to relax and stay. The environment encourages you to relax and destress. The spa pool is mainly out side with additional water facilities and come the end of the day is a magical place to be even during the snow. Guaranteed to make you sleep by 10pm especially if you enjoy a fondue for dinner. Go there - be happy.

rather disappointing! The baths were not clean, and partially smelled funny. The view was good but most areas overcrowded (especially) swimming pools outside. Most of the facilities are old and need refurbishment. The gym is badly equipped and the restaurants food quality below average. I will not return!

Very pretty location and decent pool and spa facility - modern and reasonably spacious inspite of the many external visitors. The rooms were fine but rather old fashioned and the "studios" did not have proper beds, rather only converted double sofa bed which were not terribly comfortable Breakfast was notdisappointing quality but quantity/choice was ok. Restaurant on the other hand was good standard, catering to all budgets and tastes from pizza to fondu to more "gormet".Overall the facilities were good on site and staff friendly. We would come back for a weekend ski/spa inspite of the beds! Ski at the local resort was also decent and easily accessible by free ski bus.

Visited only to use the pool which is great. It has 2 outdoor pools right in the middle of the mountain in the Swiss Alps which are fantastic, especially if there is snow. Baby- and child-friendly. The pools have excellent conditions and the service is ok but the price is also high .

The hotel is nice but quite pricey considering that for quite ahigh fee the rooms are not modern, the breakfast was not included and the room was not tidy up every day.

I'm reviewing the bath, not the hotel! Les Bains d’Ovronnaz are quite simple, comparing to others thermal baths in Switzerland. It doesn’t mean that they are necessary bad. First of all, they are in a great location. The village is in the middle of the Swiss Alps and gives a great view. I recommend checking for weather conditions, since most of the time I spent there it was foggy. They have 2 external baths and on internal bath. Not many options to relax as other baths offer. And they do accept babies (not all accept kids under 4 years). The staff was ok. We ate at the hotel bar. Food was simple, not many options but good. My overall experience was “ok”. Nothing great or the best in the region, but definitely worth it. A relaxing in a thermal bath will always be good.

The rooms were warm. The apartment for 6 people is pretty small but cozy. We did love the view and the staff who were very welcoming. I would have given this a 5-star rating if not for the restaurant, which is quite expensive.
