Rooms not up to a 3 star hotel. Heating system not working, repetitive breakfast with no varieties, shower space so small barely any room to turn around, hotel reception is biased

The strength of the hotel is the central position, near to many shops and metro stations. The building itself is a bit old fashioned, but the forniture is new enough. No air conditioning.

Location is good, in the centre of Lausanne. Décor is a little dated but it's clean and the satff are polite and well informed. Used on a business trip and it was reasonable. Don't recommend paying extra for the "historic view" as this is somewhat blocked by the rooftops and TV aerials.

Best hotel in the middle of the city in Lausanne, friendly staff, the breakfast is good and the rooms are cosy and comfortable.

I fell in love with this hotel and I will definitely stay here the next time. The service is perfect and people are supernice. The location is in the center of the city on the small European street. The view from the window is so beautiful! I felt myself at home there, thanks a lot

Nothing spectacular, but also nothing bad. The location is very good both to explore the city center and to use the subway. Rooms are clean and equipped. The staff is helpful and kind.

Great location, not so great prices, ok breakfast, and the room that we stayed was real nice for 4 people with a mezzanine floor and a good view.
