Simple and good, cheap hotel in Laussane. Breakfast is good, rooms are clean and small. Bathrooms are good. Air conditioner is centrally controlled, I had issues with this, room was really hot at night. WiFi is very good

A lot of the rooms don't have windows that open so it was very stuffy. They did move us to a new room however so it was fine. Functional, clean and near the city centre. Staff very friendly and helpful!

The hotel provides very basic amenities only, even lesser than some other Ibis hotels.
There was no welcome drink and room service was not possible.
But
The reception staff at check-in helped with giving directions and gave me an umbrella.
The ones at night provided me with a fan and kettle for my room - which made my stay much more comfortable than it would have been.

I'd say it was cheap and cheerful but it's not that cheap!

Decent, run of the mill hotel. Everything you'd expect and nothing more. Smallish room with a comfortable bed and a good clean shower.

We enjoyed our stay at the Ibis Lausanne Centre. The room was comfortable and the hotel was clean and modern. We chose not to have breakfast at the hotel because it was rather expensive but we found lovely breakfast cafes nearby. An excellent feature was that on arrival we were given a card giving us free travel on the local buses for the duration of our stay. These were really useful because it is a very hilly place. We made the mistake of walking from the station to the hotel with our suitcases which was hard work and unnecessary. Don't do it even if Google maps says it is nearby! It is up a very steep hill with buildings in the way so it turns into a strenuous walk. In any case, there turns out to be a regular bus service from door to door!

Nice, clean hotel with very friendly service. We did not have any meals there but the room was comfortable and a nice size for the three of us. They were very helpful with bag storage as we were not leaving on the train until later in the day.

As ibis always guarantees you, decent rooms with affordable prices, the rooms were clean,a comfy lobby with friendly staff welcoming you, you can get drinks and coffee there.

What attracted me is the nice touch they've made with their toilets, the toilet is a handicapped friendly.

Also a parking space is available in the basement but the number is limited.

Nice hotel, good position near the city center. The hotel is really well connected to the transport network by tram 3 and tram 21. The breakfast was not available with our reservation and we didn't pay to have it in the hotel but there are some good places to have breakfast with french butter croassaint and coffee. The rooms are minimal while they provide you all what you need. The only thing I fell the lack was the absence of an electric socket near my bed. It was a mess to charge my phone away from the bed cause it constraints me to get up to shut the alarm. By the way my rank is positive for this hotel.

Good location and since it's central parking underground is very useful. Parking is to the right of the building and easy to find should you need it although it can get full as there are a decent number of spaces and it's not a cramped car park that you might expect in city centre. Basic facilities as per ibis but no complaints and friendly staff. A few more plug sockets would be nice.

Good quality Ibis. Room was good standard for Ibis. Good wifi. Breakfast was continental buffet and of reasonable quality though limited choice. Coffee could be better though. Friendly staff. Good central location.

Lovely rooms and good wifi in a central city location. Stayed on the weekend with my 2 young boys and we all loved it. It was under Fr 90 per night! A bargain!
Staff was super helpful and friendly.
