Self check-in via video call. You have to clean kitchenware after using them or you'll be charged.

No desk service okay, intercom system. Called service to acknowledge my bags were late and needed to be delivered, did not acknowledge or give directions to have them dropped off at AlaGare instead, lost a day recovering and chasing failed deliveries.

Secondly and more of a reflection of how poorly organized they are, came back in the afternoon to find my key to the external door no longer worked, walked to AlaGare and asked the staff about it directly and they said they knew nothing of a change of locks, but that I could be buzzed in. Get home late that night and my key still doesn't work, have to call in the rain to be let in. Pass another resident on the way in and ask them and sure enough, they changed the locks that morning. How does this hotel even function?

The hotel is located near to Lausanne railway station. We opted for family suite. The room was nice n tidy. It had kitchenette which helped us to cook. Room was spacious considering it was suite. Downside it has small lift. Having more luggage or getting omg buggy is tedious.

Very well positioned. Fast no reception check-in. Clean and spacious however, the bed is not very comfortable at least in my opinion.

Basic hotel with a great location close to rhe man trainstation. A little noisy. Free wifi. No parking next to hotel, but discount on parking at station parking garage available. Not staff on site. But available through skype and can come to the hotel in 5 minutes from their "main" hotel.

Easy to find, the beds are not so comfortable but the view from our window is great.
The moquette (and most of the room itself) is not very clean.
The "kitchen" is very dated, the bathroom is acceptable.
Wi-Fi is good.
