Definitely great customer service from ALL employees (from the housekeeper to the waiter at the restaurant).
Unfortunately the AC did not work well at our room and we could not fall asleep until 3 am when we called the lobby and they provided a fan.
Also, the bathroom had a strong smell of cigarettes smoke.

I had to edited the review since I posted too early before my full experience at the hotel.

I don't hate it it's a nice place but there's no kettles, no shower caps, no face cloth or even irons in the rooms. And specially no complementary water as well, the one in Angola was more warmly and welcomed, friendly staff although there was a language barrier I loved my stay there.

The rooms are also too small than the one in Angola. No small fridges were you can put your food and drinks, which leads to you forever buying dinner or lunch while you have leftover food that you could've eaten again. No pyjamas no slippers it's surprising that the one in Africa is well equipped than the one in Europe. This is just my opinion don't know how others feel.

Not even a glass which you can use to drink tab water nothing. Towels are too small not everyone is is size 6 yes be economical but be practical as well. There is also no safe to lock in your valuable stuff. No dustbins in the room only in the toilet which means at night you have to go to the toilet to throw away whatever it is that you don't want. Telephone in the room which I stayed in didn't even work. Let me leave it at that for now.

Breakfast is limited, continental only and not much choice at that for 16f. Room OK but unfriendly feeling. Parking is fine though. WiFi passable. TV very good.

It's an Ibis plus. The rooms are the usual simplicity - cosy but ultimately uninspiring. The restaurant sets this apart from other Ibis I've stayed in - there's plenty of choice (good if you'e staying a week like I did).

You can walk to the nearby Commercial Centre within 10 minutes.

I've stayed here three times, and will come back again.
