This was my favorite hotel of my 3 week trip. The room was large, the A/C was cold, the WiFi was strong and fast, the staff was very courteous, the room was comfortable and the breakfast buffet was a veritable feast. The hotel is located a short walking distance from the train station and the hotel provided us with a free city transport pass to be used on all city busses and the funicular to descend to the lower part of the city. There is also secure parking on the hotel grounds.

Place is very nice, 10 min walk from downtown and the lake. Rooms are renovated, comfortable and clean. Excellent breakfast.

Hotel room was not comfortable. Bed was only and very uncomfortable. Bathroom was good. Breakfast was overpriced but fine. Staff was nice. The best part of the hotel was the outdoor swimming pool - very nice and relaxing. Bar staff was very friendly and helpful.

Convenient location from train station. Very comfortable room (we stayed in a Superior). Very friendly staff. Lovely grounds and pool. Happy Hour at the bar was excellent value. Great food and breakfast. Plenty of comfy sofas and chairs for relaxing. Liked it so much we booked a return visit before leaving.

Great breakfast, nice and friendly staff. Rooms are a bit noisy, walls are thin and you can hear too much.
