A 1/2L bottle of carbonated water will cost You EUR 6.- there. That's all You have to know about this wonderful place. And no grocery store near.

very pleasant experience staying here!!! rooms were very clean, breakfast was good and they stayed even after it was supposed to be finished we got there late at night and dominique at the front desk upgraded us to the best room they had for free just because nobody else would probably come that night so why not? very pleasant staff, helpful and professional loved it!!!

Awful experience: the marketing is largely responsible for the reviews on travel websites, and they even offered us an upgrade in exchange for a good review. In spite of the upgrade, it was a very poor experience: the facilities are out of date and depressing. The pool is OK, the only redeeming feature. The location was subpar: not close enough to the lake, and Campione isn't a very nice town overall. We don't recommend staying there when there are so many beautiful spots in the region.

Very nice staff. Clean rooms. Beautiful view. Having elavator and pool and good resturant near the pool. Be sure you will never regret staying there.

Made a regular Reservation (not the WEB non refund) and when I canceled half a day before they didn't refund anything. They played hard ball. No customer services.

Quite a view~! I had been upgraded to suite room. With Antic room athemisphere. Enoughly well balanced quality against cost. Should be here staying agian if I come to Lugano.
