This is a really nice hotel. Friendly staff, nice and clean rooms.

Good and comfortable rooms to stay with family and friends. Also there is very good Pizzeria inside the hotel. Thy serve very tasty food as well 🙂

Great hotel with a really nice breakfast and balconies. It also has a swimming pool, free parking and free minibar in the room (non alcoholic drinks)

Great views, comparably affordable, friendly staff, good breakfast buffet included. Bathrooms are totally fine if not super modern. Especially recommended for a romantic weekend getaway that doesn't break the bank.

Vey friendly and accomodating staff. Rooms have great ambiance, though too much space. Atmosphere given by the coloring and dim lighting of hallways give an unwelcomed creepy feeling to hotel residents. Food is exquisite. Overall nice hotel, but could still be improved.

Great location only minutes from lake, funicular and a Migros. Wifi is Excellent in the room. Has free water and sodas in mini bar! Room is compact but nice with a balcony, plenty of electrical outlets by the bed. Bathroom had a bidet, good shower and nice toiletries. Could use a hair conditioner. The beds are comfortable, has air conditioning, elevators are quick, lovely pool with plenty of pool furniture. This is really a great place to stay and enjoy Lugano. Maybe more for couples and adults rather than small children. Lovely buffet breakfast included and an excellent restaurant for dinner. Friendly helpful reception and customer service desk.
