Wonderful hotel and awesome restaurant, however the Front Office requires more attention due the fact that there was constantly misunderstandings, lack/loss of information and attention. I had to repeat multiple times the same information. We were expecting more efficiency on the services that you offer.
1 Star goes to the reservations department wich they know how to speak professionaly with custumers and look after their requests, 1star goes to the restaurant for their tasteful and delicious food and another star goes to the waiters team for their professional and attencious service at the restaurant.
Both missing stars are due dissapointments - Front Office, as said before, lack of communication, loss of information and lack of attention (for the fact that I mentioned at least 3 times that my Wife was having birthday) and they did absolutely nothing about it. The other missing star is because Spa&beauty departments are not only separated from the hotel (because I couldn't book anything trought the reception but directly with them) but also because we didn't find the employees too motivated that day.response / report this review -

An excellent hotel, service was very good. A courtesy bus to take you into Lugano. A beautiful lake right in front of it also. There is a nice spa on the -1 level which we used every day of our stay included in the price.

I love the view amazing place very friendly and caring staff.. it's outside Lugano but they provide shuttle to drive to the city one of my favourite places ❤
