Very friendly staff, they speak english very well. The breakfast was included and was very good. Small, quaint little place. Amazing location. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Clean and functional but extremely small room on a noisy street so couldn't open the window to cool down the room. Shower water temperature also changed from hot to cold constantly.

Excellent hotel with very good accessibility. Hotel staff is very warm. Even though hotel looks very small from the outside, it is still quite spacious and rooms are good sized. Would recommend👍

Good location of hotel, good Wi-Fi.

For such level of hotel very high price (in Germany you receive hotel of 5 stars for such price!), simple number, a simple breakfast, isn't present the parking, the close parking costs 25 Fr. in a night.

This was a lovely experience since it was at the heart of luzern and the staff was extremely frindly. Had dinner at the restaurant and felt like home cod of the friendly nature and superb service.

Near the city center and within walking distance to many attractions, great restaurant next door (owned by hotel). Staff was helpful, the room was nothing special though, a little small and boring interiors

Spacious room with nice beds and decent wet facilities, although no separate toilet. Also has a great breakfast!

Great Room, with nice amenities. Breakfast had limited options but was good overall. Location is the perfect place to be to explore the sights in Lucerne. Parking is conveniently located nearby and is les expensive than many in Europe.

We lived here early summer 2016 and enjoyed our stay especially during Luzern Festival. On the edge of old town to roam around and still fairly quiet place. Free breakfast that was open till 11am made our excursions much easier not to waste time in looking for place for breakfast or even lunch. Rooms and decor is modern and good view of the city from balcony.
