When I first moved to Geneva, I visited this place after walking around shopping in the area and my feet needed a break. I had a terrible experience. I ordered a cocktail which took forever to order and to finally get it delivered to my table even longer. Then to get the check to leave, I had to really chase down the waitress again. Since I paid with credit card, she had to bring the machine over and she said something in French which I didn't understand. She then grab the credit card machine from me and punched in 25% tip for herself. I was shocked. I don't mind leaving a nice tip for someone who deserved it but for this lazy girl who was too busy flirting with customers - she definitely didn't deserve it. I really think this is a nice restaurant/bar but this review is just a warning to all to watch out for the staff. If you don't want to get put on the spot or to get tricked into something like this, watch out. Check the credit card machine and be sure to take your receipt.

Excellent flood and service. Perfect for professional lunch as well as a good moment. A bit expensive but good value for money. Just on the water Anna very calm area of Geneva.

Terrible service and the manager was even more rude and arrogant. Never going back to Arthur's again and wouldn't recommend anyone to even consider going there.
