Excellent hotel and location! The room was quite generous with 4 beds when we requested 3. And the location could not be better! Right in the area which is a no car zone with lots of shops and restaurants about. Highly recommend this hotel!

Great location. Everything is walkable within city limits and trams, buses and boats handle your needs further out. Clean and comfortable room accommodates our four adults, which was the reason we selected this hotel. The weather was warm and we suffered a bit with no a/c. Fans only.

This hotel was very nice! It is in the middle of the old town section, lots to see and do within walking distance. The breakfast is included and is pretty good. The only negative is that there is no air conditioning, and even with the small fan provided, the room got pretty stuffy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Great place to stay in the old town part of Luzern! Hotel was spotless with all the things you could need in the room. Breakfast was plentiful and relaxing with outdoor seating in the cobble stone plaza overlooking a nice fountain. Front desk both at check-in and check-out was very helpful and courteous making our visit that much more better. Thank you Hotel Krone!

Our family of five stayed here for two nights in April 2017 and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is charming and an easy walk from the Lucerne train station. The rooms were clean and modern and the beds were very comfortable. Included in our stay was a nice continental breakfast and free bus passes for everyone in our party, which was very helpful on cold days when walking a couple of miles with kids wasn't really doable.

The hotel is right in the centre. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our room has a good view of the mountains and very quiet. Overall the hotel is good!

Nice comfortable hotel at the centre of Luzern, near the Train station and the sightseeing points of Luzern. Also convenience to shop around Luzern and many restaurants nearby.

Very impressed with this hotel. A short walk from the train station, in a beautiful cobblestone square (Weinmarkt). Room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well laid out. Breakfast was fresh and had good selection, and staff were all genuinely helpful and friendly.

Very comfortable and convenient location for exploring Lucerne.
We only had one night so will return. Our friends stayed in your comfort apartment. We stayed in hotel. If we return for a few nights we would choose the apartment. Thank you. A good find.
