Very nice view, but the rooms are very dusty (we stayed for 3 days), the bathroom was cold , the room didn't have a toilet or bathroom (they are in the hallway), some of the staff was very kind and some of them was rude. Only 4 shuttles to the city (Kriens) everyday although it's recluse. The breakfast was enjoyable. The hotel was calm.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. They were able to help with a booking error on my end and i am very appreciative.
The room we had (32, I believe) was small but very clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed.
The hotel is on a hill and the view of Lucerne is great. It is a bit of a trek from the city though. You should have a car to access the hotel.response / report this review -

This hotel is truly a great deal. If you want to stay within walking distance from Luzerne, then you will be disappointed. It seems nearby, but the climb is very very steep and long.
Staff is very kind and the rooms are clean. I only had the choice of a hallway bathroom, which is okay but not great.
Restaurant is a good choice as well actually.response / report this review -

We stayed here on a recent car buying trip, and loved it. The view is amazing, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was really good. We are hoping to go back again soon for a more social long weekend.
