  Love this store they have a huge selection of fabrics for a descent
  price. Their is lots of fabric to choose from also staff is so nice and friendly,they cater to their returning customers and will give you a deal when purchasing a good amount of fabrics.

  AMAZING place!!!! This place is the poster-child for "don't judge a book by its cover". The outside of the building looks slightly scary, but as soon as you walk in the doors you feel you are in the cave of wonders. Floor to ceiling fabrics as far as the eye can see greet you!! The staff are wonderful, including the owner!! Have trouble finding something? Just ask and they're happy to help you search! They are wonderful, helpful, reasonable, and friendly! The prices are also very good! I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

  Pack a lunch and stay a while; the selection is overwhelming. Prices are sometimes mislabeled but negotiable; great for hagglers but frustrating for a pay-and-go shopper like me.

  So many fabrics to choose from - some stuff I'd never imagined I'd see in those quantities.
  
  Service is very good and the staff have a good knowledge of what they stock. Nice and helpful.
  
  One thing - lighting isn't great, so bring a bright LED flashlight or install an app on your phone.

  Love coming here to choose fabrics for my projects. Have covered two antique Bergere chairs and a Louis XIV chair with good finds from this place.

  Had an oversized ottoman covered by the good folks at Fabric Fabric and I couldn't be happier. From the gentlemen stocking the massive shelves in the back to the ladies in the front who helped me find my fabric nothing but good vibes. The seamstress did a beautiful job on my piece and had it done quickly and for much less than other upholsterers in the area. They even put new padding in that made it feel like new again.
  No hesitation recommending any of their services.

  This place is massive with seemingly limitless options for fabric.
  
  The staff is friendly, but can easily get bogged down when there's a flood of customers.
  
  Price-wise some stuff seems a bit expensive (small leather samples for $40, for example) and other things are dirt cheap. It would seem the folks working there are open to bargaining on price.
  
  This place is a no frills place, that seems more like a flea market than a FabricWorld.

  Great discount end of roll place with unique fabrics. The owner is amazing and the customer service has always been above and beyond for me.
  
  I have also had a curtain made here as well as a valance repaired and the seamstress they have is excellent.
