Buying a F150 from John was the most pleasant car buying experience I have had. I have purchased a number of vehicles over the years from a number of dealerships, but this was the best. I appreciate John's no pressure approach and his knowledge. He was able to find a truck that will meet my future needs to pull an RV. John was also available to answer questions/concerns I had post purchase.
The rest of the people I dealt with were helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. I thank Diane and Dean for their input and help as well.

The sales team was excellent (Rene and Brad). Clearly they understood how buyers make buying decisions and didn't force the process. They actively listened to my needs and addressed them accordingly in oder to fully understand my concept. I felt the purchase was win-win.

Brad in sales was extremely helpful with the purchase of our 2017 F250 as he went over all our weight requirements to pull our fifth wheel. Our whole experience was above expectations from sales , finance and managers. I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle visit Mid-Town Ford. Thanks for a beautiful truck

We just recently purchased 2 new vehicles (2017) from Mid-Town Ford. I traded my 2014 Edge in for the 2017. We used the same sales person as when we purchased the 2014 Edge. We had dealt with Shane Mealy on the first purchase and received excellent service so it was only fitting that we return to deal with him again on these purchases. Shane took excellent care of us and at no time did we feel he was making any attempt to take us or not to give us the best deal possible.
Rene Hamonic also took good care of us when dealing with our trades and gave us more than fair value for both vehicles. When the time comes to purchase a new vehicle I would not hesitate in recommending both of these people to deal with.
It was a very good experience once again.

I just had my windshield replaced at their body shop today. I take great pride in my vehicle and keep it immaculate. They treated my vehicle like an absolute piece of garbage. I got my vehicle back after it took them 8 hours to replace a windshield to find my carpets and trim panels full of dust and debris. After i got home and cleaned up the huge mess they left in my truck I found my plastic trim panels were all scratched up, my door pillar plastic trims had broken tabs and were not secure, my inner door jambs and running boards were all scratched up and you can literally see gobs of sealant oozing out of the window frame. I asked for a call from the manager and he didnt even recieve a call back. Unless you hate your vehicle stay far away from this chop shop.

Could not have asked for better service, Scott Pollet was our sales guy - given i was from out of town, was extremely helpful, always responded to our texts/questions and gave me the best price overall in comparison to other dealers in Ontario. Very pleased with his service overall! Happy with my new Edge.

I bought my first vehicle ever at Mid-Town Ford. I was expecting to get it in a few months, but to my surprise, I ended up leaving three hours later with a very nice looking vehicle with everything I wanted in it at a very reasonable price.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They didn't hassle you or try to talk you into buying something you didn't want. They asked what you were looking for, and showed you the options they had available in that specific area.

While waiting for paperwork and such to be finished, we were given the chance to borrow another vehicle to go out for lunch/ do some shopping, while we waited.

Overall, Mid-Town Ford went above and beyond my expectations. If I ever need another vehicle, Mid-Town Ford would be my first Place to find one.

Took the ford in for fixing. The staff was very friendly and free shuttle. The prices were very fair. They went out of the way to ensure i didn't spend more then needed. Thank you Mid-Town Ford.

Bought a used car from their lot. Overpaid by $4000 for a car that started breaking literally 2 weeks after the 3 month period. Brought it to another dealer and there were still 3 open recalls. Never buying another vehicle from midtown as long as I live. Pathetic.

Since I bought the vehicle for 10g I've spent 2000 in parts alone (not counting regular maintainance) trying to keep it on the road in the year and a half I've owned it.

I had come to expect more from a dealership. Only to find out that they're as crooked as everyone makes them out to be.

Sales (Della) and Finances (Jeff) are great and will do whatever they can to help, but the service department is lacking overall and the manager is a tool.

My parents always had great service which is why I came here. When I left with my car, I wasn't happy and I told the gentleman who sold it to me that I felt like I was being ripped off. He immediately raised his voice and threatened to kick me out if I was going to accuse them of that. Which I didn't, I said that's how I felt. He later begged that I didn't give him a bad review on the survey that I was going to get and he "helped" me but of course he made sure to tell me that the help he was providing was coming out of his own pocket (not true). I am a female in my mid twenties, shaking after this confrontation, left almost in tears. I don't trust them and will never get a vehicle from them again, I have taken my car there to get fixed who knows how many times now and always another issue comes up. At least the service department they are nice. Regardless, I am trying to get rid of my car because I am done with Ford.

I have to say, I an not a review writing type of person, but I felt I had to share my experience.

We've been looking for an F-150 since this summer's Employee Pricing event. I have sat through sales pitches and negotiations, taken trucks for test drives at different dealerships but no luck
We were looking at RAMs across the street and decided that the F-150 was functionally better for our needs. So we went to Mid-Town. It was almost closing time, but Dustin was ready to help us. Two days later we went back to get our 2012 Escape appraised but Dustin was sick. Dean (one of the managers) came and helped us (again, it was close to closing time). He took a look at our vehicle and gave us a ballpark estimate (which was more than the previous dealerships would give us).
Due to our work schedules we wouldn't have been able to sit down and negotiate again, also time was running out on the Black Friday event.
So basically we gave our wishlist to Dean and left. He said him an Dustin would find us a vehicle. Next day we received a phone call, and the details of the possible vehicle and deal. I must admit I was a little skeptical but they did it! They found what we wanted and a little bit more! They offered a good value for our trade-in and got a good deal on the truck. And we could stay on budget.

The whole process was easy, and stress-free. We couldn't believe it, it was so different from what we had ever experienced at car dealerships.

    Well done, everyone involved!!!
