Went down to look at a new truck today and was helped out by Chuck McCorry. Not only did he help me out and find me exactly what I was looking for he also went through the truck with me to make sure the truck was sound looking for dings scratches and minor imperfections. He Realy put in the work and time to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the truck. i would Recommend him and the staff at Gauthier Chrysler to anyone I know. Great job

Went in to see Mike Ferris, made an appointment online and was treated so well it was the best experience we have had buying anything!
My new vehicle was ready in an hour and Mike handled everything, all the paperwork was explained in an open manner that put my wife at ease with dealing with a dealership. They are not all the same!

Needed a new hinge for the back window on my liberty, called ahead to make sure they had the part and they said they did. (I did not ask to have it set aside) went down there and asked for the same part at the counter and was told that i had to buy the whole new back window with both hinges and i had to buy the rubber gasket for the inside, total would have been over $600.00 for the parts. When I mentioned i had called and was told they carried the part instead of looking again they said that person made a mistake. I went home did some research found the factory part number for just the hinge. I then used there fancy online parts service for a call back and still 10 days later have not heard back. In that 10 day period I had already ordered it from another dealership and ordered the part. In sharing my experience with other jeep owners they also had the same experience with them trying to sell the whole thermostat control when just a cable was needed or a back window washer nozzle that sold on amazon for 80 cents they tried to sell the entire window washer assembly with the motor for over $250.00. If you are stuck dealing with them for the parts do some research and have the factory part number.

Probably the worst customer service in the City of Winnipeg. Shamefully inconsistent time estimates and real lack of customer consideration. If it wasn't the nearest dealership to my home I would not go there for any of my warranty service work. Call for an appointment, leave message now 4 hours later, still no callback to confirm. Guess I buy my next new car from one of their competitors. Sadly I don't they'd care. Would not recommend

Poor Service and not the first time. Took our 2016 Jeep Rubicon in for the "peace of mind" inspection oil change, tire rotation, and vehicle checkup as well to have led headlights installed. Work was done within a reasonable amount of time however once we picked our Jeep up and went home we noticed that we do not have any signal lights. Looked closer and the lights weren't connected just dangling inside the wheel well. Took it back to Gauthier's at 4:50 p.m. and they told us they don't have anyone to fix it. Bring it back tomorrow. Shouldn't have to bring it back at all! The techs should take more care and pride in their work to ensure it is done properly the first time.
So in the meantime we are driving without front signal lights. Not to mention there was grease on the steering wheel and the wheel cover wasn't installed properly.
Disappointed yet again. Picture below only shows one side. both were not connected.response / report this review -

Bought a 16 Durango in March .. .. Still waiting for my floormats , plus headphones , that were promised to me .. Its now September .. No followup to see if the vehicle was great , how things were .. Considering its a GAUTHIER dealership , I guess I expected more , I guess i was spoiled at GM

Just the worst in every way lying, cheating, terrible, shoddy workmanship.
Every single experience I have had here has been god awful.

Had a small leak on the bottom of the radiator on the drivers side. They replaced the rad in about 4 hours under warranty. Dropped me off and picked me up. Very friendly and quick service.

Ron and the service team did a good job getting our Dodge Journey repaired under warranty. There was a delay in getting an update or I would have given the 5th star, all around good place.

Got a new ram truck from my neighbour at the lake Mike Ferris, experience was great, deals good. 0% financing for 84 months and I saved thousands off the advertised price!
Mike handled everything himself got me approved for the 0% with no money down and even got a free trip to Vegas for me and the wife.

I bought a brand new truck 2 years ago, for the last year or more i have been taking it back for service something to do with the air suspension system. Just before christmas the suspension failed while i was doing 100km, almost lost control. Took it here and they "fixed" it at "no cost". Suspension failed again a day later. Took it back, now it is a 1500 fix, "the air suppension does not work in our climate". The tech says that it would be cheaper to spend 6000 to convert it to regular leaf springs. They sold and serviced a vehicle that they knew would fail and expect me to foot the bill. When i asked weather a should get my lawyer involved, Mark (business manager) said "good luck with that", "it is what it is". Bunch of f@#!ing crooks.

I recently had my truck stolen and written off, and of course was low balled by MPI. Not only did Gauthier provide me with a valuation report, which ended up helping me receive a much better settlement, when my rental was taken away they let me take home a truck I was interested in so I wouldn't be stranded. When it came down to purchasing a new truck, I dealt with Tony, who was very accommodating and worked with me to get the best deal possible, which I felt confident I had received. At the end of the day I would recommend Gauthier to all my family and friends, this is the second truck I have purchased through them and have always been treated very well and fair. If you go in to look for a new ride, ask for Tony, he's a good guy and you will feel ZERO pressure from him, he'll just help put you in the vehicle you want and fight with you to get a great deal from the management podium.
