Fantastic clinic and staff across the board. Everyone is warm and welcoming, and the wait time is always very small (or non-existant). They go out of their way to follow up with you after any visit and make sure your pet is well. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family for care of their pets.

So far my experience with them has been really good. They take good care of my dog and have a friendly service. They keep track of my dog's vaccines and call me to remind me for the next ones and follow up to check how he is from time to time.
It would be awesome if the also could provide the grooming service.

Dr. Golbeck is very thorough and has been very good at providing diagnosis and options for treatment. The staff were very kind and thoughtful when one cat passed away and the other had to be put down (at ages 15 and 18 respectively). Our dog hates being in the exam room, but loves the attention from the staff. I can't recommend this clinic enough!

The staff are friendly, caring and attentive. They always follow-up the next day with a phone call. They order in my dog's food and it is usually in stock
    within a day.
My dog has had two procedures. Dr Goldbech is an excellent surgeon and uses reverse anaesthesia whenever possible. He is judicious in deciding when to do surgery and never gives me the hard sell. He is direct and answers all my questions.
I have moved a lot and this is our 4th vet clinic that my senior dog has gone to -- by far the most professional and personalized care. I trust them completely.

    BEST CLINIC EVER

We just moved here from Vancouver and had yet to find a vet that we were comfortable going to over the past 3 years with our Jack Russell, this place was THE BOMB all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and made both Poncho and I feel welcome our entire visit, they gave us great advice, didn't push unnecessary products or services and were BY FAR the most affordable clinic we've ever visited. We only needed an oral exam to determine what our options were for ponchos horrible breath (bless his heart) and instead of charging us 100+ (for a full examination, which is what the other 5 places quoted us) they only charged a mere 15 dollars! The price did not match the service however because the doctor was the most friendly and thorough vet we've ever had the pleasure of meeting. He answered all my questions and made poncho feel comfortable and loved. This place and all its staff are wonderful and I'm happy to say we've found our new family vet clinic! Thank you so much!

    Love: Chantel and Poncho 🐶

We just booked an appointment for our dogs one year check up (and booster), and we decided that we might as well get the wart on his tongue checked while we were there. But it turns out that he didn't even need his booster until May (they failed to mention that on the phone). So the vet looked at him for 5 minutes, told us that we didn't need the booster yet (which was the primary reason why we booked the appointment in the first place), and then we were charged $93 dollars for the appointment. We will never go back to this place. Such a rip off!

Absolutely terrible! I took my 3 month old cat who was nearly 3 pounds to be spayed, but they told me that cats shouldn't be spayed until 6 months. My cat went into heat at 5 months and when talking to all other vets and researching, it seems that its best to get them spayed before they go into heat, to reduce chances of disease later in life. When I tried to ask why they wouldn't spay them they treated me like some kind of idiot. This is the worst vetin town and should be shut down immediately
