Through neglect and complete disregard and lack of detail - they killed my bunnies leg.
Sept 14 - I brought my bunny in as he injured his leg and needed a cast.
They applied the cast as well as gave him an xray and charged me $1000.
There was 2 checkups before the removal of the cast.
I asked for on the second checkup for the cast to be replaced as I thought it was too tight.
They explained that it wasnt too tight and that it was looking good.
The day of the removal they noticed the leg as completely died and they sent me home

I switched to this clinic with my new puppy as it was more convenient than my prior vet's office (who were very good but parking was a nightmare). From the moment I walked in the door, it was obvious that the clinic wants to provide a pleasant atmosphere and experience for clients and staff alike. It's bright, airy and the examination rooms are very roomy. It smells clean without smelling of chemicals, and they have a great supply of food and treats. Dr Hamill has been fabulous to work with, and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I'm so happy I made the switch.

I switched to this clinic a few years ago because I sound the service at my previous vet impersonal. Britannia Kingsland is a small clinic where the staff know the patients, and their pets, and the patients know them. I have always found the service to be highly professional and compassionate. And I appreciate their prompt response to urgent issues.

Very friendly and caring. It was recommended that I change my cat's diet and the Vet was thoughtful enough to call and follow-up to ensure all was going well and to answer any questions I had. It is clear everyone that works here loves animals.

the staff and doctors here really care. they can empathize but know it's important to manage expectations and reality. I've never been left wondering what to do, or with a lack of proper information. I would highly recommend this practice

I have never felt so welcome at a vet clinic! Every time I go there, they remember me and treat me like a long lost friend. The care provided my dogs is fabulous! They really care, but also are cognizant of budget issues.

I have to say they are amazing! I had brought my dog Sasha into see Elaine Murphy, as Sasha had a lump on her tail they did X-rays, blood work and found out that it was a tumour and they had to remove it. In saying this they had removed the lump and we tought at that point we would have to cut her tail off but again Elaine and her staff were amazing and with long term care and cleaning and changing the bandage regularly the lump went away! Hi highly recommend Britaannia Kingsland!!

Britannia Kingsland Veterinary Clinic is the BEST! Dont hesitate to take your pet here. The caring vets and staff give extraordinary service and follow up on everything. (I'm a vet's daughter - my dad practiced in the US - so I'm very picky about which vet I go to!)
