My salesman told me that myself and my consigner didn't bring in enough income to be able to finance a 6000$ car. We bring in 4000$ monthly. Then I was rudely told by bob tompson that maybe I should get a different cosigner since my mother is on permanent disability. Unfortunately, I don't have anyone left to be able to consign. He then proceeded to tell me that I should look into a better job to be able to afford a vehicle. Terrible staff and service. Was so not happy with the treatment I got from him. Would of rated negative if I could have!

If you are reading this than you are lucky, dont buy a car from this place , they may treat you good but they will charge you very high and if your car break thry dobt car they just want to charge you more.
Also thr interst is 25per100 if the car is 7000 they with their fees and interest will be 15000 , like 600 documents fee and a lot more.

Raping people with there high high interest charge of 42.5 %%%%% It's too bad that theses people rush u into signing loans. I owe around 10000 total for an old 08'. It's worth about 4000. And do not go here if u are trying to rebuild your credit because they do not report any of YOUR PAYMENTS TO THE CREDIT BUREU! So I am currently thinking of taking it back to them because it won't hurt my credit rating anyway because it's not being reported. Ticked off does not even begin to explain how I feel about people only in a business to make money off people. Then when u call them back. (Tim)They treat you like u are stupid and have an attitude that they don't care an ounce about you or your problems. Not a cool way to run a business. I will for sure spread the word as much as I can to let people know not to go to these robbers.

Great place to get a vehicle it took me a week to get my car due to delivery issue but when i applied i was approved the next day for a brand new used car and it works great, i would definitely recommend this place and the staff there are very friendly

Do not invest your time and money here buying vehicle. General manager is very rude. Doesn't know how to solve the problems of customers. I would give 0.5 / 10.

I am very annoyed, very unsatisfied, very mad with this company. It's one of the bigger regrets in my life getting a car from them. My father Russell financed a car for me from them. My very first vehicle. I yet have 2 years too pay it off and for the passed 2 years I've had the vehicle it has been breaking down or having big issues. Makes me doubt it would even last the next 2 years. For all the money and price I'm paying. Just so unsatisfied. Very dissapointed. My name is Adelle Allaf and my father is Russell Bear. You can look us up!! I am bringing my car in tomorrow too complain face to face because yet again I have another problem with my car. It's leaking gasoline everywhere from rusty old gas lines. I want to refinance with another company and leave this unhelpful place. I have warranty to get things fixed and each time I bring it in, I end up having to pay more out of my pocket. When i have warranty!!! My father and I came in to try trade in for another vehicle maybe make our experience better, but they never got back to us on what's happening with the trade. Just made it difficult for us. I am very disappointed and sick of the poor poor service. They trick you into something and once you're in, they don't care after that. So whoever is reading this, go elsewhere because I really wish I could at this point or maybe even get help. If I could I'd give no stars on this review.
