Really bad with customer service over the phone. They make you wait for a long time. Then they'll tell you they're just gonna call back. But they never call back.

I have had a stone chip fixed and a windshield replaced at this location. In both cases the repair process was quick and painless. All I had to do was drop the car off in the morning and pick it up after work. The work itself was very good. The stone chip was just noticeable after being fixed , the replaced windshield fit perfectly and looks identical to the original.

Very inconsiderate service. Make you feel like you're stupid. The receptionist just has a hate out for everyone. 80 bucks to fix a chip in the windshield

This is my stone chip windshield looks like after they repaired. It even gets worse than before it got fixed. The $10 windshield fix kit from Canadian Tire or Walmart can do much better job than those 'professional technician'. One star for they repaired it one more time after complaint, but it doesn't get better. Really disappointed. Never recommend for others.

They did a great job with my windshield, but the front receptionist Charlene was extremely rude. I have no idea what her problem was with me personally and I would not go back here again. I have never been talked to this way and if they hadn't already ordered my windshield in I would have cancelled and gone somewhere else.

Outstanding Customer Service!

Speedy Glass Final Price after tax (w/free rides): $474

I accidentally threw a 2x4 through the back window of my friend’s Ford F150. I wanted to get it fixed quickly and at a reasonable price. I went to the Ford Dealership and they quoted the window part at $479 and to get it installed, $1,000 even … not sure why it cost $530 in labor to install a window!? 

So, I decided to call Speedy Glass … they were friendly, offered to pick me up and take me somewhere while they were working, and they could get me in the very next morning, despite having to order the glass still. 

I dropped the truck off the next morning and they got it in with no issues. I even screwed up by telling them the wrong model (I said it was an F250 instead of an F150), so they ordered the wrong glass … but they still managed to run across town, get the right glass and install it before noon! Just an all around a great experience at a great price!
