Was attending a followup appointment for Stacey's French Bulldog regarding a potential allergic reaction that manifest as an inner ear infection. Course of treatment has included a food trial and ear drops. Ears have visibly gotten better and itching of head and ears has decreased. Fantastic assistants with caring touch and proactive attention. Doctor was informative and thorough with a complete examination during our appointment.
Excellent service however bit pricey. Vet doctor is really good. Frontline staff and building is not so excellent.
A bustling place. Prepare to wait. We were there to make a difficult decision about a family cat. Very professional. Thorough and ethical vets. Parking is available below ground. Wifi available and they have vending machines.
I have a sick cat and can say while it's hard, I've received nothing but great support from this clinic. Dr. Mason is not only a great vet, but a good human. He is thoughtful and understanding. I'm grateful to have his expertise in trying to make my cat the most comfortable and happy during her senior years. They are (surprisingly) also cheaper than going to my local vet for follow-up appointments for blood work. The support staff is also caring and professional. I'm thankful that there is a 24 hour clinic for your loved-pets when needed.
I love having a quality emergency vet nearby. The wait is usually long because there are a lot of critical cases but they are very polite and keep you informed about the wait times. They also apologize if it's a long wait, which I always appreciate! They are very throught and honest
I've read the reviews below and my own recent experience is as troubling as many have shared. I'm terrified to relay too much information or I will be like the woman below who received a letter from the clinic barring her and her pets from the clinic. There was little compassion shown to me with the loss of my pet and any questions posed to them where met with a defensiveness that was cruel and unkind, making me think they had something to hide, or just didn't care. I worry about the culture of this clinic and I will do everything in my power to never have to go there again. Only one person whispered 'I'm sorry for your loss' when I picked up the ashes of my beloved pet who passed while under their care.
Dr. French was amazing and provided great advice and thoughts on what we should do with our dog's chipped teeth. Nothing negative to say about the doctor we saw or the results of the procedure.
With that said, the rest of the experience was not great. Our initial appointment was at 9:00 AM. When we arrived, after waiting for over 45 minutes, they said they were running late, so we waited an additional hour. At that point, they said we could leave and they will call us back in about 2 hours. We told them we live about 30 minutes away, so we would go home for an hour to eat. As soon as we arrived at our place 30 minutes later, they called us and told us to come back in. We hurried back only to wait around for another 30 minutes or so once we arrived. The receptionist told us multiple times that we should not have come back until they called us (even though they did). Finally, we were admitted to a small room and our dog was given some medication to partially sedate her. We then had to wait around and watch her ourselves for over 30 minutes. Finally, she was admitted and we were able to leave.
They called us later in the day saying that she was ready to pick up. When we arrived, we had to wait around for over an hour AGAIN. Why call us and let her know she's ready if she's clearly not ready?
The receptionists also seemed very rushed and were not the friendliest.
Our pup went in for an overnight due to congestive hear failure. I can't thank the team enough for the consistant follow up and contact with our vet to help keep us informed and help us understand what was happening. The team treated our family with such empathy and concern that I would never hesitate to go back. Thank you Kristin and Dr. Williams!
Front desk staff were friendly and helpful both on the phone and when registering. We required an emergency visit for Our cat with a swollen paw. Our vet was kind and caring and compassionate and have different care options depending on budget and time constraints.
You should treat your clients as people!
I was calling to schedule the appointment for my cat because the hospital we usually visit is closed today. Also, I was trying to ask a question regarding my cat condition and the answer I've got was the following: "I am not a doctor. The visit costs 145$ plus taxes. Do you want to come or not?"
We haven't come there and found another clinic that is much far away from us, but with people who really care! Thanks to them our cat feels much better now!
Worth the drive from the country. They have every technology to help save your pup and the experience and education to properly use them. The staff is incredibly compassionate. Highly recommended.
We took our little puppy Max there today to check his eyes. Dr Karen Nasir was realy friendly and patient. She explained everything to us. Thanks to everyone there. Good staffs, nice and friendly.
Great doctors with loaded knowledge and caring for pets. Staff is trying their best to be nice but obvious too tired from 24/7 shift and has an attitude and not patient while helping. Location smells and kinda dark and messy even though I see cleaning person coming out and cleaning. If this is the only choice for your pets' emergency or referral then it's good but if you have another choice maybe that would be better.
They saved my cats life! He had a urinary blockage. We found him in agony around midnight so we rushed him here and if they were not open he would be dead. Expensive because it's 24 hours and the best possible care, but they are everything you want when you need emergency vet services.
I don't prefer going to this location for pet emergencies because of the potential wait time and the distance and commute. I also was not pleased with the bedside manner of one of the vets we visited there. I took my young adult cat in who was having minor complications with the respiratory infection that resulted in some secondary eye infections. Not knowing what was "normal", seeing blood leak from his eyes made me very uncomfortable. Yes, it was a minor issue since he wasn't bleeding out or anything like that. But I would say anyone who saw blood coming out unexpectedly to be naturally concerned. Her attitude was unconcerned and I felt rushed and as if I was wasting her time. I have never seen her otherwise so have no reason to give her any reason to act as such. I understand that this is medical care but in this case, we pay out of pocket so to an extent, I expect to have appropriate customer service! I would not criticize that she is not knowledgeable or rude or anything like that she's not. But I certainly wouldn't prefer to see her again with my pets--especially in an emergency situation where we were likely emotionally charged.
I've taken other pets here and even had my childhood cat put down here because she was doing so badly. We've spent a lot of money here at some point. Thing is though, with the way the staff seem to be, and the wait times (lots of people go!) and the commute there I would rather just not go; there are more negatives weighing on going here than not. I would prefer to go to the after hours clinic that's close to me and not nearly as busy. Their doctors are also all super nice.
In short, I would recommend this location if it's close to you and you have a pet emergency (because everyone is clearly qualified) but otherwise, I don't have a lot of positive things to say about my experiences and would choose to go elsewhere with my pets and money.
