  I feel I could give caa a -10 I would over e hours waiting time keeps changing went with the plus membership of $130 what waste of money I will be going to bbb and leaving a bad review I want money back

  I was very disappointed in the travel service received. I used an agent b/c I thought s/he would have the knowledge and experience to make best choices for me. Didn't happen - overpriced, needed a lot of follow-up, didn't get refund until had to ask again. Overall not a good experience and wouldn't use CAA again (at least not the person who handled my file). Reading the comments, I see the person gets mixed reviews - I can understand why so wouldn't chance it again.

  We have had the worst serive from AnnMarie,
  She booked our first trip to Italy & KNOWING we only had 45 mins to get to the next plane that we MISSED in sweeden!!! She made it the worst experience for my myself & my family,
  We booked our second vacation with AnnMarie, to VARADERO Cuba, she told is it was one of the best resorts, (Knowing this is our FIRST trip alone) WRONG the hotel was only a 3 star & the room was half broken. We ended up calling the manager "Janice" whom i called from CUBA for help, SHE GAVE ME ATTITUDE. WORST SERVICE. CAA gave us the worst experience for our vacation! Never again will we book with CAA. THANKS CAA for making our vacations horrible! JUST A HEADS UP PEOPLE DON'T BOOK WITH ANNMARIE.
