  Great service! I emailed Bob and explained what style I was in search of and he responded right away with various photos, all in line with my request. After selecting rims, he recommended 3 levels of tires, all with varying prices and quality. A week later and I was driving around with the new wheels. Would recommend these guys to anyone looking for an upgrade.

  I haven’t even bought tires from them yet. Just emailed Bob about some new tires for my truck.
  
  His response has been amazing — detailed, explained everything well.
  
  Didn’t just say, “Here’s the most expensive set and the cheapest set. Take your pick.”
  
  Bob went into great depths about pros and cons of a whole bunch of tires I asked about, broke down the benefits and deficits of them... and then gave his personal recommendation.
  
  The responses to the emails showed care for the customer.
  
  I’m more than happy to go to Bob when I am ready to get new tires, and to recommend this shop to my friends as well.

  This is a great tire/wheel shop. Urban Expressions was recommended through a local forum and I have not been disappointed. Prices are very competitive and the service has been exemplary. I've bought several sets of tires and one set of wheels. They've fixed flats and done balances at no charge since the tires were purchased there. You do need to call them if you want to hear back. They are too busy to respond to emails most of the time!

  This business oozes customer care, growth and success. Deserves 10 stars in my opinion. I had never been to this place before and had front tires that needed to be replaced immediately. Without an appointment, Bob had me in the shop right away to change the failing tire to the spare, found a pair of new ones in the city at another location, and had them sent to his shop within 2 hours. It took his technician 20 minutes to mount the two new ones and I was out of there...and very pleased to say the least. Bob was stellar to deal with, a realistic and very knowledgeable person and I have since ordered a complete set of new custom wheels and high end tires to boot. I would highly recommend this tire shop to anyone seeking this type of service. Fantastic all around.

  I'm a former tire tech and I personally bring my own wheels to these guys. Whether you're a soccer mom looking for decently priced winter tires or a guy looking for low pros and fine wheels for his new car, this is the place to go. Great prices, great products, a wide selection, and more expertise than I've found anywhere else in the city. Highly recommended.

  I initially went into Urban Expressions just to ask a question about used tires that I recently purchased from a competitors shop. I was expecting to receive minimal answers/help as I did not go through them on that purchase but boy, I was wrong. The team at Urban Expressions not only answered all my questions but went far above and beyond with the service and made sure I understood everything that was said.
  
  When the time came that we needed to get new tires on a separate vehicle, we decided to try our purchase at Urban Expressions. Again they blew us away! Great Pricing and Fast Service and always such a positive experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend this crew/company to anyone and everyone with questions or inquiries about Wheels and Tires.
