By far the worst location. Always have to wait Soo long to see a bank customer service attendant. The line ups are really short, but either the staff are undertrained, don’t work efficiently or are lazy. Just don’t visit this location and find a location where the staff are efficiently trained and work faster.

Scarlett Bian was AMAZING in helping me open a new bank account. Customer service was immaculate and explained everything in full detail. I was given everything I wanted for my exact daily and long term banking needs. Would HIGHLY recommend!!!

Not just this location. I 100% regret switching to TD. First Calgary has way better customer service and zero fees. TD is a joke.

I’ve known Peggy Wei for a few years. I’ve always been impressed by Peggy’s knowledge and professionalism. She not only answers my questions but also provides additional information and a different perspective. She has helped me many times with our mortgage and other banking needs. I trust her advice completely.
I talked with Peggy a couple of weeks regarding our mortgage. When I talked with her, again she asked me additional questions to understand our situation. Again I was impressed by her knowledge and caring attitude.response / report this review -

whatever you do, DO NOT receive ANY financial advise from Peggy Wei! She does not have the customer's best interest at heart and ill-informs her clients, to maximize profits- not to mention TIED SELLS! BE AWARE.

Chris, the branch manager, was very helpful in a pictucular Morgtage discrepancy I was having. He's a very good listener and you can tell he's a caring manager.
