I am leaving a 5 stars review because I had a great experience there. Customer service was excellent! Nick the sales guy who was helping me, was very helpful and friendly! He helped me find a great vehicle, which is a huge upgrade for myself. Great, friendly staff all around! Very professional.

Awesome Team Effort! I recently bought a VW Golf from house of cars and was assisted by a great staff all around. Special thanks to Nick & Max! The entire staff was very professional yet friendly as well all the way through the process. I test drove several vehicles and ultimately ended up in a car that I love and hope to have for a long time.
Very satisfied customer here!

This dealership has went over and above in all aspects! Right from the moment we walked in the door everything was just perfection. Nick, the sales guy we were dealing with, was super friendly and helpful. We knew exactly what we were looking for and he helped us find a vehicle which was a good fit for us without being pushy(unlike most sales person's we've previously dealt with.) The truck of which we chose needed repairs. This was something we knew right off the bat and was included in the purchase price of the vehicle. In the meantime we needed a truck for work, so Eddy the manager, set us up with a rental of which he covered all expenses for. Upon picking up the truck we observed that the truck had been detailed to perfection!!!!! It honestly looked brand new. We couldn't be happier and will recommend House of Cars Chinook to every single person we know looking for a vehicle. Thanks again, you'll be seeing us when we purchase our next vehicle.

John Huh, excellent guy. I got him through a referral. He wasn’t pushy, he never once asked me to come in, he just called to introduce him self. I explained I wanted to wait a month or so. After a few days I thought, well maybe the time is now. John went above and beyond what any other salesman’s have done for me before. He got me exactly what I was looking for, with a few extra bonuses. I would gladly buy another vehicle from him in a heart beat. House Of Cars Chinook was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you.

Exceptional service when it comes to customer care. Traded my truck for a sedan which seems quite useful whilst working downtown as suggested and detailed by John from Sales. The best part which I observed while being there was that the Sales professionals listen to what customer has to say rather than only focusing on making their point to sell the vehicle.
They do believe in Sales plus SERVICE which is often ignored by multiple dealerships after the deal is done. Since it's been just a week that I bought the car, I definitely believe they'll keep up the good work for their SERVICE standards.
I would definitely recommend House of Cars Chinook, being completely impartial, however, being very impressed by their way of assisting customers.response / report this review -

This place truly goes above and beyond. I was helped by John and not only did he help me find a car that I liked but also listened to what my price budget was. He made me understand that House of Cars is all about customer service and that even after purchasing the car, I am still able to call up and ask questions about my vehicle and if anything is ever needed they are here to assist. I've been to other used dealerships but have not seen the dedication to clients as much as I have seen it here. Thanks House of Cars and thanks John for hooking me up with a sick car.

Great place to go if you don't know what you are doing in the car game . They will work with you to get you what you want alot less then thought was possible. A+ on customer service the process was made easy. Johnny is awesome can't say enough about how much he has gone above and beyond just to help. Great man with real values and for that I will always recommend at least going in and talking to him. Thank you so much for what you have done for me and my family and I hope the best for you and yours.

John is the definition of customer service! i had horrible credit and as far as i knew i was completely screwed when it came to options on vehicles. I called looking for a cheap vehicle and expecting a rate that would basically cause me to go broke. but johnny and josh both went above and beyond to not only get me a newer model of that exact vehicle but its the perfect colour and the payments are right in my budget. john told me they are trying to change the used car game one vehicle at a time with salesmen like john and sales managers like josh they are succeeding with flying colours. I will suggest house of cars to everyone and tell them go talk to john. The atmosphere of the dealership is laid back, and very friendly. My car buying experience was so much smoother than I expected and way way easier then I ever thought possible

Great experience working with Ahmed to find our family the perfect vehicle. Ahmed was extremely helpful with providing us different options. With a new baby it was difficult for us to come take a look at inventory. He was nice enough to bring us a couple vehicle options to test drive, rather then is coming in multiple times. Highly recommended 😀

Best car dealership in Calgary. And I have been to many. But Ahmed made my dream car come true. Honestly never thought I would have got the car I wanted and was almost about to give up. But Ahmed kept on pushing and now I'm so excited to say I love my car. If I could I would give him 101 star best customer service 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽. Thanks again and again. If your looking to get a car go see Ahmed at the chinook location it's worth the drive.

Had an amazing experience. They got me into an amazing car with very helpful advice on how to improve my credit. I'd have to specially thank Ahmed for his amazing customer service skills and going above and beyond to help me out and really make me feel important! Overall I'd have to say was very welcoming and would recommend this specific dealership to anyone , they will take very good care of you and make you feel like family!

My experience with Ahmed was amazing. Ahmed made me feel comfortable, did not push me into anything and had numerous options already picked out prior to me arriving that was not above and beyond my budget.. some options even better then the budget I had in mind! I would definitely recommend Ahmed or any of the employees at this House of Cars location. Thanks guys for all your help!
