I want you all to know how much I appreciate the excellent service you provided for my 2009 Dodge Challenger. Your attention to detail in finding the problem which a Dodge dealer could not and wanted to go another direction which meant quite a bit more $$$$$. I needed a second opinion so I called Cetus! Your experienced team was able to diagnose, come up with a cost estimate and stuck with it! We've been taking our vehicles there for years and will continue to do so for many more I'm sure. Prices are nearly always lower than I was expecting, even for things I would typically go elsewhere for like windshields and tires. Just put 4 new tires on my van and they were over $100 less than anywhere else, installed. Thank you to everyone at Cetus for all of your hard work.

Had the rear differential serviced at cetus. Knowledgeable staff with no bull and the cost of the repair was pretty bang on. The staff were upfront and were able to explain everything to me prior to begining work.

Went there after seeing so many good reviews. For little things, they are pretty good, but when it comes to big work (I got an engine rebuild on one car, and an intake manifold replacement on another) they end up charging thousands higher than quoted. Sure they informed me of the extra charges but only after they already have the engine apart and I really had no choice. The techs seem to know their stuff, just the business practice is not the best. Also a couple times they were hesitant to take responsibility for issues that cropped up immediately after their repair. Had to fight with them both times, and in the end they admitted it was something they did. Good job on admitting it, but really I shouldnt have had to fight and argue that much. Even though the vehicles were okay in the end, I wont be going back here for any more work.

just an update, I've been since several more times to the shop, and they do the work in a very timely fashion, charge exactly what is quoted or less, always have time for rechecks and will do it at no charge if major work was done at their garage. The staff is always friendly, very professional and kind. I will be back (hopefully just for maintenance ;-) )

been to the shop twice, once to do an out of province inspection and once to do a service and tire balance. the staff is always very helpful in determining what really needs to be done and does not charge a fix price for the service if some points can be skipped (had some parts/fluids replaced prior to full service). I was quoted over $500 for service in Infiniti, while $180 in Cetus and in the end, they did service check for FREE and just charged for balance. Great in communication, call with details and estimates and make sure you understand what is going on with your vehicle. Will be back and glad to find a garage I can trust :-)
