  The service at Union is absolutely fabulous and this should be the only lighting store you ever go to in Toronto! ( plus all their gorgeous furniture and furnishings). I have bought many things over the years and they are wonderful and treasures in our home. Recently the floor lamp which I bought about 10-12 years ago would not turn on. I took it back to Union and Cecil fixed it! He is amazing and a credit to the store. I can now enjoy it for many more years. It is wonderful that the store stands behind its products. The designs are beautiful and the people are great. Thank you Cecil and thank you Union!!!

  We visited the store quite few times, we love the store, lots of great things for the house. Anh Ale is a great salesperson very helpful, nice and polite. We renovate the houses and we live lots of money at that store, but Tracy Thompson very rude, full of her self, basically useless, she told us in a very rude manner (I been in this store for 20years) so basically what it tells me. I should shot my mouth and she is the boss. Never again I will deal with her.

  I recently bought a couple of items at Union Lighting and I love my new coffee table and lights! The service was great and as it turns out it was the owner of the store who was helping me personally!! Everyone along the way was so helpful from reception to shipping department to delivery, unboxing and set up. I even had a call today to make sure I was happy. That's how customer service should be everywhere!! Will post pictures to their instagram page in the coming days. Thanks Union, I'll be back!

  Poor display from Union lighting.
  
  1. Was looking for an outdoor light and was told that the model we were considering was adjustable (ie, can move up and down from the mounting bracket). False.
  
  2. The light we bought had obviously been returned before (fine in itself). Was missing the package with instructions, mounting hardware, and marrettes.
  
  I've purchased something else from here before with no issues, so I won't give them a 0. But, this was a waste of time.

  The Union Delivery Teams are exceptional. My own customer experience was first hand when they delivered a recliner and two sofas to my condo. Jordan and Keitho completed the first two deliveries. It was a pleasure to see the Union truck on-time and early for the delivery. They made every effort to be extremely careful. The sofa was wrapped to prevent any damage, and they managed to get it into the suite with no damage or marks on the walls or floor.
  
  Paul and Brian completed the last delivery. They had the task of returning the first sofa as well as delivering the larger piece. They made every effort to protect the floor and the returning sofa with blankets and cling wrap, including taking the legs off so it would fit through the doorway. Also, before this delivery Keitho thinking ahead had briefed Paul on the challenges because of the size of the sofa and the door of the suite. So, Paul and Brian removed the chrome sofa frame before leaving Union so it would be easier to deliver. They were deliberate and careful in every step of the delivery – communicating clearly and often as they moved the furniture in and out.
  
  I particularly appreciated some unexpected service touches including putting felt pads on the new and old furniture and an incredible touch-up treatment to the dresser and bed.
  
  This delivery experience is one that I am going to share with friends and colleagues.

  From contemporary to modern, indoor to outdoor , lots & lots of beautiful lighting , decor, furniture even bathroom accessories , it's definitely my favorite store for home improvement or staging! Price is reasonable! Showroom are huge, it divide to many sections ( bedroom, living room, bathroom, outdoor space), I could spend a day in here!
  There're so many lighting store in the market but I love to go back here once in a while ( even it's not a close location to me) , compare other store, they have more choices & fair pricing!

  This place has a massive selection of lighting for indoor and outdoor. Their products are on the higher end of things, but they do offer unique products you won't find at a Home Depot.

  We were just in, hoping to find some replacement glass shades for a hanging fixture we bought there 10 years ago. We had one that survived an accident, but needed two to match to replace the broken shades. The customer services person who helped us was awesome. He searched some old stock and found the exact same shades in some dusty forgotten corner. Best of all, he let us have them for free. We are very appreciative.

  I finally have a moment to let you know that my furniture was delivered last week, and we could not be happier.
  
  The staff in the store were fantastic. Krissy was amazing and incredibly helpful.
  
  The delivery guys were also very professional, helpful and even took time to measure the table top once they had put it together. They also asked for windex and made sure all of the glass was clean before they left.
  
  I was very impressed, and delighted.
  
  We are thrilled with our new look, and wanted to thank you.
  
  The mix of merchandise in the store is fantastic…and I will recommend it to everyone!

  Excellent service in every department. We recently attended an event at Union Lighting and the service from Jaffer, Heng, the shipping/warehouse staff and every employee we interacted with was fantastic. They were efficient, accurate and helpful. They paid close attention to ensure our multiple orders of furniture and lighting was delivered together and on time. I'm extremely pleased with the fixtures, chandeliers and pieces we bought. I'd strongly recommend viewing their showroom as the lighting options are extensive. I would strongly recommend checking them out for any of your lighting needs.
