This was my first time attending this walk-in clinic, and i went on a Wednesday at 1pm and there was absolutely no wait time which was amazing. This place was right across home so convenience wasn't an issue. Genne, who was part of the receptionist welcomed me in with a friendly face. Sundays are generally less busy since they have two doctors in. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I just found this clinic when I needed to be seen soon. It's close to home so the location was ideal. I'm used to waiting for a long time at walk-in clinics, but this place was an exception! Efficient, fast, and very friendly. I was overwhelmed with the excellent service. The medical receptionist was extremely welcoming and took the time to explain any processes, wait times, etc. In addition, the doctor I saw was thorough and asked questions in a really non-judgmental way. I would highly recommend this clinic.

The location is great! The front desk staff were so friendly. I walked in without an appointment and was seeing a doctor within 15min. I will definitely come back!

Carlton and Church Walk-in Medical Clinic has always provided excellent medical and customer service. Genne is very friendly at reception, and open to answering any of your inquiries/concerns. The doctors are also very helpful and approachable too. Recommend to anyone looking for a new clinic!

Excellent experience! I have been to this clinic many times. Always greeted with a smile especially from Genne the receptionist. I haven't had to wait long at all to see a doctor (max 20 minutes). Angela, the physician assistant took wonderful care of me and listened to every detail- thorough, efficient and professional.
I don't even go to my family doctor anymore as I am so pleased with the service here. Bonus, the pharmacy at Loblaws is downstairs and equally efficient.
    Thank You!!

Came in the last hour of the clinic on a sunday and I didn't have to wait more than 15 minutes. The doctor was friendly and compassionate and got me what I needed. The pharmacy is right beside the clinic and while you wait for your prescription you can also pick up some groceries.

In Frankly I have to say this clinic it's look like just want to make money. Their price is higher than other clinics for No insurance people. Their service Not very good and usually waste me long time to wait doctor.I will not go there any more.

The staff is very nice, doctors are knowledgeable, short waiting times and convenient location. I was there about 5-6 times already and I was always treated professionally and with care. Will be back for sure. Highly recommend!

Very nice staff and doctors. Been there twice (for regular consultation and travel) on sunday mornings and never waited more than 1h. Doctors are efficient, listening and accomodating. Consultation without OHIP is 65$.

I visited twice this week. First with Dr Kara, very caring and knowledgeable. For second visit I was suppose to have Dr. Yu and I was afraid because of the bad reviews. Luckily physician name Angela came in last min instead and she was very nice and knowledgavle as well. Both Dr Kara and Angela took time to hear me out and I am very happy with their service. Both visits I was in and out in an hour. Would recommend to anybody anytime.

The secretaries are extremely rude. Was told it would be a 1.5 hour wait. I've been here over 3 hours. Wil never come back and recommend to anyone else not to ever go here for the walk in clinic

Quittin' time if ur most important - not medicine.
This place was great before but my recent experience was rude. There were 2 unprofessional desk workers who didn't even ecknowledge me when I entered and a third who came back to the desk to talk with me. I had a very quick question I explained and would honestly take less than 5 minutes to talk to a doctor. I arrived 15 min before closing time and there was no one in the waiting room. I was told there was no time to see me which tells me they would rather leave a second after the closing hour then help someone.
If they want to leave by a certain time they should change the hours to have a grace period as if it says a 7pm close I would understand that to be 7 is the last that they would see patients. Not great service.

Kathrine, the receptionist, was very helpful. My results weren't in even after waiting two weeks. The clinic was very busy but she managed to get my results in and she even called public health for it. The doctors are very nice as well. I recommend this clinic!

The wait time is horrible. I understand that it is a walk-in clinic.. But I could have had a far better experience if I had just gone to the hospital instead. I sat in the waiting area for two hours, and on the examination room for another 30min. Also, finding the clinic was a serious chore. It is located in the back corner of Loblaws.. with no directions pointing to the clinic. I spent almost 15min in the wrong build.
