Great place, well organized with amazing selection of lumber. Also open for public not only for contractors. Staff is super friendly and always ready to provide good advice for your renovation projects. The orders are always fullfiled super fast and accurate at the warehouse. The docks have enough space and make loading a breeze.

I never leave bad reviews but the customer service is very very bad. I gave my order on the front desk, went to the warehouse to receive my order and after loading half the order they mentioned that they don't have my door jams in the ordered length and I have to pay for longer ones which I don't need and have to cut off, and when I talked to their manager he said the only thing I can do is to cancel your order. Not helpful at all and bad service. They wasted 1 hour of my time for nothing.

Lots of choices, hugh warehouse for moulding, casing , trim.all lumber material!
Downside is for hugh warehouse you think they will have full stocking! I was renovated my parent house 2 months ago, purchase 38 trims from them but I needed 50! They told me will have it a week after because they have regular weekly shipment coming in!
End up I'd been calling them for 3 weeks but still back order! My contractor have finish all others jobs except my trim!
Luckily I could buy the rest from Rona!

Be careful if you can not pick up lumbers yourself!

Very disappointing experience. I ordered some lumber for my little shed project. I don't have a truck so I used their delivery service (with a fair price of 50 bucks). The sales guys in the store were knowledgeable and helpful. I asked if I could choose the material from the warehouse myself and was told no. The sales gentleman told me that they will try best to choose the "relatively better" lumber and will normally give 10% more quantity for defects. I can also return any lumber if I'm not satisfied. Sounds good customer service, right?

One week later, when I got the delivery last Friday. 30% of the 2*4 lumber (29 pieces in total, exactly the amount I ordered and no 10% more for defects at all) are defective: wrapped, knots etc. It seems that they intentionally choose the defective lumbers! It's my first time to order from a lumber yard. Very disappointed.

I have no pickup truck so I won't be able to exchange the defective lumbers. Anyway, my little shed project is exciting and I enjoy the building process.

Frankly, this place does have better price than the everywhere stores. But just be careful if you are not able to select and pick up the material yourself. That's what I leant from this yard.

Horrid experience! They were suppose to deliver some lumber and didn't instead they gave it to the contractor who stole the materials.

They don't take responsibility for their errors. They called me in to meet them and the nasty woman "Krystina" identified as the controller interagated me surrounded by two co-workers. Joe the store manager didn't bother to attend the meeting intended for him.

Very nasty experience. I suggest go to other retailers who are more professional.

Went there last week 2 women in a guy store a bit scary but the sales guys were great! In addition, there was a price increase in the computer system, but the fantastic sales person agreed to sell the product at the displayed lower price without any argument! Excellent sales service!

Knowledgeable staff. Great selection. Special thx to Trevor who was great at getting us the pieces we needed.
(I deducted one star because I felt uncomfortable that there is a salesclerk at the counter that kept counting down, in five minute increments until he could go home. Made me feel like unwelcome. "Hey people, we have 35 minutes left before we can leave". Like, really? It's 1:25pm. They close at 2pm)
