Rented storage here while moving. Fairly professional staff and organized. Rented a truck from the Barrie location and was given the wrong paperwork for the truck but the newmarket staff corrected all their mistakes.

I had helpful service and can't complain. Nothing about uhaul though seems very streamline or cutting-edge. My reservation equipment was changed on me and I had to make special efforts to get the equipment that was promised to me but was taken care of as one may expect

Tight on parking if you want to leave your vehicle. Staff are friendly, quick and helpful. Great place to pick up a rental.

Simple and efficient. Downside is that it is not convenient to get to unless you get someone to give you a lift.

It's a uhaul, you get what you expect. Prices are a little high after you factor in how far you're traveling. Also consider that all uhaul trucks are licensed in Arizona because of the lax safety requirements.

I've rented vehicles from this location twice. Service here is friendly and the productivity level is quite high. Provided you don't have to wait for someone else to be served you will be in-and-out within 5 minutes. If you are moving then be sure to check out some of their selection for packing supplies. This location also appears to have storage lockers for those who are interested.

I ended up needing a last minute storage space and Suzanne helped out huge. Got everything setup quickly and then she even bent over backwards for me when my moving company got backed up and she stayed late just to let us in - definitely went above and beyond. Great people and great pricing - thank you very much and I'd definitely use their storage areas again.
