Free parking, cheap rooms. Kinda hard to locate off the 400. Had to drive around a bit. Good sized rooms, dorm style. 2 bedrooms, a bath and kitchen. Clean and quiet.

We did not know it is a college residence. The room was clean, but the smell was awful. There are none of the amenities you would expect from even the lowest of hotels (extra towels, cups, coffee, ice, etc). The check in was a nightmare as well.. so many rooms were overbooked. The one person at the front desk was overwhelmed, but he stayed calm through it all.

It was a nice quiet little 2 room hotel spot. Great value for money. Just a bit out of the way for us and our activity. But totally worth it. Will definitely stay again.

Located a short distance from downtown, rooms were comfortable and clean. In what would have been a fantastic location in it's prime, this hotel feels slightly dated, but offers everything you would look for at it's price. The menu is worth a read.

Basic accommodation and price reflects. Economical Clean but under renovations. Nice boys running front desk were very professional. Bad things were tv and wi fi. Great option if on a budget.

Rooms were very dirty. Arrived to find food on the floor beside the bed, half a roll of toilet paper in the washroom and towels hanging in the shower. Would hate to be a student having to live there for a year.

Rundown residence for students during the school year with hotel style rooms for the public in the summer. The room has two separate rooms inside with a bed in each sub-room, walk in area has one bathroom, sink, and a fridge. Complimentary break fast is usually stocked well; fruit, yogurt, cereal, toast, bagels, and coffee.

Great for the price, two room with a kitchenette for the price is amazing. Kinda reminds me of a college dorm but we'll worth the price. No ice machine though.

Rooms are basic dorm style rooms with a bed, small tv with about 26 channels and a small kitchenette for cereals and instant noodles. 24 hr concierge services available. This type of service is good for 1 week or more stays with a well provided continental breakfast provided. Parking security is abit of a joke but area seems relatively safe.
