Pros: Nice friendly staff. Good Fireplace Cons: Room too small for Fireplace, only average shower pressure, should have 2 chairs in room, no door to separate bathroom vanity from main room

Very upset with our most resent stay at this Hotel as we were not informed the Hot Tub was out of order, which was our primary reason we went to this Hotel so we could spoil ourselfs :(
We always book the best room too. Shower in room was also dirty have to ask how often they clean.
was offered no compensation on speaking to
Manager about this. He also informed us we should have been informed about Hot Tub ? So by were we not ?? Very upset and disappointed Manager did seam to care and just said thank you for the feedback. Won’t be returning after this experience and level of customer service.

Stayed here overnight to attend a show at casino Rama. Free shuttle available, or you can cab it for a flat rate of $25. Room was nice, staff were very friendly, and the full breakfast was delicious. Would come back again.

We went with hot wire and land this inn for 88$ , she upgraded me we had a very nice room , we ate there, the food was good and pizza was homemade, breakfast was very good and great variety. Pool was small but fun and hot tub was great. The staff was very friendly easily the best hotel in Orillia. Hot wire has this rated a 3.5 star hotel ,most hotels in the city of Orillia are 2.5 , one 3 so it's easier to take a chance and get a great deal with hot wire. We love everything about this hotel ,my only beef is chargers at the bedside it's my pet peeve.

It was our second visit to the Stonegate Inn. both time we have stayed in the luxury suite. It was a very relaxing stay. The room was clean and had all amenities. The bed was also very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the spacious jacuzzi tub. It was a nice touch that one of the staff went by with mint chocolates and a card indicating the next day's weather. We will certainly be back again in the future.

Good rooms, good service. Breakfast is sufficient. Inscription on bananas is cute. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is nice, good portions. Room service and extras were good.
