I'd like to thank all the legal team at Klein lawyers for their work in the class action against the makers of the Zimmer durome hip replacement. Even though I'm still being poisoned by the metalosis from the cobalt from the one remaining hip replacement. I'd like to have it removed, but I'm worried that the surgery will cause more long term health problems. I guess it's the situation that in the Canadian legal system that settlement amounts are never as high as in the USA. I can no longer work due to problems with the hip replacement I did have replaced and at 60 years old I'm forced to go on Canada disability pension. I guess I'd like to pass on to any other people that are suffering from medical conditions, to never sign on to a clinical trials study without asking lots of questions.

The people to call when you need legal help. Their main office is in Vancouver but fortunately for me they have a Toronto office.

I hired the firm of Klein Lawyers to handle my civil claim case in regards to my having a defective hip implant surgery back in 2007 in Mississauga Ontario.

My first meeting was with Doug Lennox at their Toronto office and you can't ask for a nicer gentleman to deal with. He is an expert in the field of Class Action Lawsuits.

My case was against the manufacturer Zimmer Inc. and ended up evolving into a cross Canada Class Action case. This matter took several years to resolve and involved numerous court hearings throughout the country and mediation meetings, two of which I attended which were lead personally by David Klein and his team.

Everyone I dealt with at this firm were true professionals who went out of their way to make me feel comfortable with how my case was being handled. I could not have asked for better representation of my case. They made sure to keep everyone involved up to date and listened to what we had to say.
