Today i visited Vapester Smoke Shop. i purchased 3 bongs from there. Their employee give me 20% off on all 3 bongs. He also mentioned that we can purchase bongs, dab rigs, disposable vape products and other tobacco accesories from there online shop as well and they do same day delivery in Vancouver area. I loved their customer service. Next time i will order online.

One of the best store which I have ever visit as compared to the other. The shopkeepers are very friendly and always talks in a polite way and also they always give greetings to the customers. Prices of the products are cheaper rather than others.

We shopped at vepester smoke shop upon getting into town. This large beautiful store had everything we needed. The store is clean and staff is friendly. Much nicer than my store at home. Definitely 👍

Vapester smoke shop is one of my favorite store in the lower mainland. Man this store is life saver whatever you need you name it, they have it. They have a big variety of bongs, e cigarettes and cellphone accessories on very reasonable prices. They also provide services like RIA Money Transfer, Passport Pictures, Internet, Printing, Fax, Photocopy, Scanning and much more.' last but not least very great customer service experience.

Just had my day straight up ruined by this place. Ive worked in customer service my entire life and I know there's a right way and a wrong way to treat your customers. I also know when I am being the difficult customer, of which I was not. If this was based on my first experience, I would have given 4 or 5 stars no questions; the lady at the time was extremely friendly and helpful. My second and last time, however, was the complete opposite.
Here's some genuine advice; instead of getting angry at your customers for not understanding how your computer/printer works, why not just put some signs up that make it clear as day so you don't have to explain for the 10th time how your system works and get mad at me? It would really be so simple: 1) PLACE A SIGN ON EVERY COMPUTER WHICH READS "PLEASE COME UP TO THE CASHIER BEFORE PRINTING YOUR DOCUMENTS" 2) PLACE A SECOND SIGN ON THE 2 DIFFERENT PRINTERS THAT STATE WHICH DOCUMENTS ARE COMING OUT FROM WHICH COMPUTER.
DONE!!! Doesn't that sound ridiculously easy? Nope, guess it's my fault for not understanding. Of course, as a result, I ended up printing my documents twice and had to pay for both. Thanks Coastal Food Market :) Won't be coming back.
But seriously, the aggression was SO unwarranted. I don't understand how someone could behave in such a way. Unacceptable.

An extremely positive passport photo experience! I showed up as soon as they opened, and the person working was cheerful and took my photo right away and had it ready within 15 mins! Definitely recommend!

They can do passport photos and faxes. They've also got the requisite junk-food and weed (and now vape) paraphernalia. They don't close unreasonably early, but be sure to get there before you've smoked a few.

I had stopped in to grab a few things on the way home. After I was home, I realized I had lost my mobile phone while I was out. Panicking, I raced back up the street to retrace my steps. I walked in and looked around desperately - and didn't see it. I asked the owner, who had helped me with my purchase earlier, if he had happened to find it. He had, and had tucked it behind the counter to make sure it was kept safe until I had returned.

I was having an incredibly stressful day up until this point, which was compounded by the possibility that I had lost my phone. The owner was so happy that he had been able to do a nice thing for a stranger, and I cannot begin to tell you how grateful I am that we have such wonderful business owners in our neighbourhood.

The store is bright, clean, offers a ton of great products. The family that owns it are always polite, helpful and appreciative. I stop in here a few times a week and highly recommend this store to everyone.

To the owner: again, thank you so much for being a good samaritan and keeping my phone safe after I foolishly forgot it. It says a lot about the type of people you and your family are that you care about your customers and the community. You really made my day, and I won't forget it!

Always friendly and helpful. Passport photos are great quality and always done quickly. I often run errands on the Drive while they are being printed. I am very glad to have passport photo service near my house. Every customer is a priority so sometimes there is a bit of a wait but I have always seen this as an extension of the owners' hospitality and dedication to each customer. I see how they are trying to help everyone. I have always appreciated the friendly interactions and attentive help. I have been in the process of applying for PR, and now Canadian citizenship, as well as getting my other passport updated, so I've had to have several rounds of photos done over the past 7 years.

Passport photos: Service was excellent and friendly, and fast. Customers complaining about wait times would do well to consider this is a family-run business that has had to diversify to survive. As a result, they have many products and services, some of which you may have to wait a bit for as the owner/s juggle customers. Just feel good you are supporting local, suck it up and be kind. The passport photos were perfect, and less expensive than most places.
