Newly remodeled rooms, very clean. Beware; the breakfast is not included in the price of the room. My family and I were not made aware of this until we’d already sat down to eat. We were charged $12.95 per person. The management staff made little-to-no effort to explain or rectify the situation. Unfortunately, this seemingly small detail can ruined our once positive impression.The extra $35 was a hidden cost. I will not be staying at this, or any other, Hilton Garden Inn in the future.

Excellent service, very clean with spacious rooms with all the amenities you might need. We were only there for a short night and used it for park 'n fly, worked well. Highly recommend for travelers!

Not the best place to stay.
They didn't have the room we booked (2 double queens), so 'upgraded' us to 1 king with a pull out couch in separate room. We wanted 2 beds - not a bed and a couch.
The key cards didn't work first time so had to go back down to the front desk to have them programmed again.
Typical hotel breakfast was included, but was terrible and we couldn't eat it.
The bill was incorrect, because they actually charged us for the 'upgrade'. It took 3 phone calls and 3 days to get that sorted out from Vancouver. At least the hotel reduced the price by half from original amount.
Would not stay there again, nor recommend it!response / report this review -

Very nice and cozy hotel just 10 minutes away from the Toronto international airport. The rooms are great and the hotel offers 24 hours pantry. Overall a very good hotel.

Quick night, great service. Docked two stars for terrible customer support post visit. As it was a business stay, I had requested the bill be emailed to me, which it was not. I then had to call accounting, who must be a single person, and he proceeded to give me attitude because he couldn't understand me and I couldn't understand him. He didn't even have my email, which was connected to the room, and at the end claimed that he sent an email of the bill, which I never received. I called the front desk after a day or two and they were able to help in the end.

Check in was a breeze and straightforward. Room was clean and despite being close to the elevators, was very quiet. The gym was OK, had two elliptical machines, ( bring a 3.5mm Jack headphone if you want to listen to the TV built into the machine) two treadmills, a bike, a multi gym and a stack of free weights. The gym area was very warm so we couldn't get a full work out and the thermostat couldn't be adjusted. My girls used the pool and hot tub and loved it.

Great clean hotel and facilities. Well maintained and always quiet. Stayed here many times and Staff are polite but could have a bit more personality and warmth though and then I would give it a 5. Breakfast is very good and restaurant staff are very nice people.

AMAZING customer service and very clean and comfortable rooms!! Staying here you will NOT be disappointed!! We did a Father's Day breakfast with our daughter and new son-in-law (day after their wedding) and they stayed the night. What a beautiful hotel and the breakfast was hot, eggs the way I like them, waffles, pancakes, etc and really tasty! Great job Hilton!!

Fairly close to the airport. Clean, modern rooms. Very friendly staff. Decent amenities. Fast Wi-Fi. Adjustable bed firmness/softness.

This hotel was very welcoming. Both the style of the hotel and the staff contributed to this. All the staff I interacted with were kind and willing to help me. The breakfast is also a great deal.

Excellent Stay , friendly and Helpful staff.
The high point was I lost my wallet in the Hotel
And the staff went above and beyond and located my wallet and brought it to me while I was attending a meeting in the Hotel

No complaints! Very clean and new hotel. My king room has a microwave and refrigerator, walk in glass shower and a comfy bed!

Great service from check in, breakfast and checkout. The hotel was clean. Ammenties were great in room .
Breakfast staff was attentive, very polite and food was pretty good. Not to mention having the chef there to make whatever you'd like.response / report this review
