  I've been booking all of my trips through Karen Stummer. She is very thorough to make sure everything is in order, and has great suggestions that I wouldn't have thought of or researched myself.

  Destination wedding made easy! When my husband and I decided on a destination wedding we knew we needed help with travel. After getting about 500 quotes (more like 10-15) we decided to go with the travel network as they not only came back with the best quote but were fast to reply and easy to communicate with. Ashley O'Connor was our travel agent and she really is amazing! She took care of everything for us, dealt with all of our 34 guests and sorted out every issue that we encountered. She is great at responding to emails and calls, worked for us (when it seemed like Air Canada was against us) and coordinated travel for our guests in 3 provinces, BC, Alberta and Ontario (everyone arrived the same day and the cost was pretty close for everyone which we found amazing) I recommend going with the Travel Network and working with Ashley if you want a stress free getaway made easy.

  After my husband and I walked in over two years ago to book our first summer family vacation we were amazed by how well planned all of our trips have been (even with the kids!). Suzanne took care of all planning and can safely say she's by far the most experienced travel agent we have ever dealt with! We are absolutely amazed by how much time and effort she puts into every vacation we go on (even accommodating our kids!)! From our Caribbean vacation to our authentic English experience in London, England she's really proven to be the best tour guide away from home we could have ever asked for! She even made sure our 5star hotel (with an upgrade!!) had a welcome basket with a bottle of champagne (we don't think the internet would've given us this!). Looking back at all our vacation memories we can truly say every vacation has been top notch- even for our kids! Suzanne Marcus's excellent service came to the rescue when our flight was delayed due to weather and was able to arrange an alternate flight when we were across the ocean! We would definitely recommend Suzanne to anyone who wants fantastic service and a well planned vacation.

  My family and I just returned from the most FABULOUS vacation to Turks and Caicos. Initially we were skeptical to book through a travel agent as I did not see the benefits but I am so happy that my husband convinced me otherwise! Lori Green at The Travel Network organized every last detail for us ensuring that our trip ran as smoothly as possible. Upon check-in, not only did we receive room upgrades as well as bonus spa services, but Lori was also able to arrange for us to have breakfast included daily and one lunch during our stay! She also organized day excursions for our whole family, which my kids loved! I would recommend for any family considering this type of vacation to call Lori as she was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. She was easily reachable at any point in our vacation and thanks to her my family and I were able to make many new memories.
