Wonderful very clean and spacious storage lockers for your luggage (even large suit cases fit) at a great price - only $5.00 per 24 hours !
Lots of storage lockers are available.
Great luggage storage solution if you are checking-out and don't want to haul your luggage around with you until you check-in to your other hotel.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I've seen staff ask seniors if they need help, taking them to their busses and helping with baggage.
The station, itself is old and small, but a new underground path has been created from Dundas and Yonge (Atrium on the Bay). This makes connecting from the subway much easier.
Very nice organized bus station. Two Bus operators provide services. The staff is very polite and make best efford to orginize the trip. Had a trip to Niagaras and I didn't learned the trip in advance, but had perfectly served and advised for the schedule. Very satisfied. Next time will buy tickets through the web.
Great bus stop with departures and gates where you can queue in, Megabus better than Greyhound (here first come first seat)
Easiest bus station!!! I read the reviews and I was quite scared of taking my bus here, but I got here in no time because the location is great, staff was polite and I found the bus without any problems at all!
If you ever taken an international bus in Europe, you will think this station is super organized.
I did not used the bathroom so I cannot comment on its cleanliness.
Needed to pee real quick before catching my bus, nope. Mens room closed for cleaning, like people have time to stand around waiting for that nonsense. Also you have to hunt just to find a sign for washrooms, which does not tell you they're downstairs, you just have to guess.
Very sketch. Using this terminal is like summer dumpster-diving an industrial garbage bin that should have been emptied three months ago. Dangerous loading quays. *Lockers may work.*
Great place in downtown, many transit companies at the same place, accessible. The building is old but employees are really nice.
The Toronto Coach Terminal is the central bus station for inter-city services in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is located at 610 Bay Street, in the city's Downtown. Walking distance to the country's best hospitals, Toronto city Hall and the financial district.
If there is one corner of this city that should have a condo built is right where this bus station is located. Get rid of this station!! An escalator located in the waiting area has been out of order for over a year. You can wait in the waiting area for your bus (and then rush and cross bus lanes to get on to your bus or go outside and wait while smelling the pleasant aroma of diesel fumes in the freezing cold. The concession stand is a joke selling 3 day old sandwiches. Need to go to the bathroom after a long trip ? Take your luggage down 2 flight of stairs (since the escalator is broken) into the dank basement and hope the bathroom is open. A thoroughly unpleasant introduction to Toronto for any bus traveller
this terminal is great, the staff are kind and knowledgeable and the decor matches with it's history. My only issue is the cost of tickets and food within the terminal, I think there should be more variety of food as many will be on buses for long periods
I been there few times, nice place but on the 21st of May on my way back to Montreal there was that beautiful man with blue/green eyes who was packing luggages in the bus thank you to filled up my water bottle, that little gesture of kindness brought light in my day.
